Handled my case wonderfully. They made sure to check-in with me to see how I was feeling and fully explained everything although I wasn't physically able to be there. Every part of the way they made me feel like I was included in the decisions that were best for me and my business. The case moved slowly but they provided regular updates so I'd know what to expect in the coming months. They WON (of course) for the case brought against me. If I ever find myself in a situation like this again they will be my first call.
