KRISTINA NOT leaving post up!

Damaged a disabled man's life by engaging in a malicious prosecution when she knew she had no case. She used her "Judge Friends" to escalate my civil case against her clients and utilized the criminal system to try and gain a positive outcome for her clients. Very dishonest.
She only wants money and to win even if it means putting people in jail for doing nothing wrong she is sick. KRISTINA'S
Clients "attempted" to steal 23k from me Kristina assisted them. KRISTINA'S CLIENT LOST and had to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy does that sound like the kind of lawyer you want helping you? Bankruptcy?
UPDATE 1-19-2109 Kristina Feher has now threatened me, or extorted me to remove my public post about my experience with her and her firm. She wants $5000.00 because I posted what she did to me. I will outline for you the Public what happened to me and never give in to oppression.
1. I leant her clients $23,000.00 to fix their flooded home
2. When her clients refused to pay me back, after they were paid by their insurance company, I filed a law suit.
3. Her clients had me arrested for doing construction without a license, when I NEVER stepped foot on these people's property.
3. there was a general contractor(Matt Cannon) on the project, and her client signed the contract to do the work.
4. The client with the help of Kristina used the criminal court to attempt to extort my money, they attempted to steal it by offering me a lower criminal sentence. IF I let them keep the money. Court and the proceedings dragged on for 4 years. Remember I had done nothing wrong.
5. My civil case was handled by Judge Pam Campbell (Hulk hogan judge)
who rejected all of my motions and let Kristin Feher's motions go through.
6. My lawyer and I could not believe the bias so I researched Kristina Feher and Judge Pam Campbell to find them cutting ribbons together and doing mock trials with children. Totally biased I demanded Pam Campbell recuse herself but I was unsuccessful. The Pinellas Court Regime would not give up the power. This was shocking and scary!
7. My civil trial started and Kristina had brought up her witnesses, Rodney Fischer And Tom Traflowski. I wont bring up what kind of men these two are, but if you want an interesting read just google both of them. Include the pinellas construction board and you will be very entertained.
8. The pinellas construction boards employees go into a civil court and under oath make up false statements about the project and were even conversing and laughing on the lunch break these guys were buds and they did the best they could to fabricate the story so I would lose my case. my lawyer asked them if there was any law prohibiting 2 entities being on one contract and the answer was no. This killed Kristina and her case because the company I founded has 2 signature lines 1 was for the dry-out service and the other was for the state certified general contractor.
Nothing "illegal" done here folks. Her friend Pam Campbell could not rule against the contract and then moved to damages but of course she ran out of time and asked Kristina " when is the criminal trial set for?" Kristina replied the 9th of November 2016 So for the 5th or 6th time, Pam moved my civil case for several months after the criminal court date.
9. The day before my criminal case the state of Florida/ Pinellas county dropped ALL CHARGES because they had NO CASE.
10. my lawyer sent a demand for $100,000.00 in damages to The other side and we filed a malicious tort case for them having me arrested and costing me my entire retirement to stay out of jail.
11. Kristina's clients Rebecca And Bradley Croyden had to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy under Kristina's watch. Kristina could have avoided this for her client by stopping the fraud against me but she did not she perpetuated it and hoped her friendship with the Judge would be her saving grace. WRONG!
12. I RECEIVED MY $23,000.00 THROUGH THE BANKRUPTCY COURT.
But I am owed a lot more money than this. I will not be silenced by threats Kristina. You know this already.
