If I could have rated with a negative I would have. Quikaid took on my ssd case. Worked with me for over a year preparing for my hearing. Then 2 weeks before we were supposed to go in front of the judge they dismissed me as a client!!!! Yes TWO WEEKS before going Infront of the judge they dismissed me..on a good note another firm took my case and got me approved in 7 months!!!! God is good ..the funny thing is my case didn't change on bit. So they dismissed a winner!!!!! Jokes on them...but all that aside I wouldn't go with this firm if they were the only choice I had. I'd represent myself first. Look at your options. Go on their FB page and u will see all the positive affimations are made by their employees or friends and family of their employees...it is against the law now for attorneys to do what they did to me..my advice don't waste your time. Look into other firms...good luck to all fighting this battle .I do want to thank quikaid though for dismissing my case because it led me to a real law firm for disability!!! :)

I have schizophrenia, chrons disease and heart problem. Quikaid helped me to submit disability claim to the Social Security. After 6 month SS approved and now I am receiving disability income. I went online and found Quikaid read the reviews and thought I would try them I applied for disability in August 2016.. March 2017.. I was denied disability which everyone almost every time will be denied the first time but Quikaid didn't stop fighting for me to win my case in 2018 of December I was approved for disability it took s little over two years but I was approved Thanks to the wonderful lawyers that I had l would recommend Quikaid to anyone that's trying to get disability it takes a long time to get disability but it will all pay out in the end Thank you so much Quikaid Experts for everything that you did for me

Did a damn poor job preparing me for my hearing. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE 5 PEOPLE WHO WON THEIR CASE THEY ARE PROBABLY PARAPLEGIC. GET AN ATTORNEY! Quickaid will cost you your hearing, as they did me, and you will have little recourse. They make you believe they are lawyers but are just garbage representation. Idiots. You will be left to represent yourself at the hearing. You have been warned.

I applied for disability and was denied, I filed for reconsideration, that too was denied, I contacted Quikaid and after a phone interview they agreed to do my appeal.
In most cases, this is a one year process no matter who you have do it, however Quikaid made it as painless as possible and everything was able to be done online. In the end they were able to get me 3-years of back-pay.

I definitely wouldn't recommend Quikaid to anyone. My experience with them wasn't satisfactory. The representative who showed up late and knew absolutely nothing about me or my case was total garbage. I recommend that you get an attorney whose truly committed to fighting for your benefits! One star is too much to give.

This company was refered to me by a friend which they helped out for her they were great not so much with me , and ever since i have gone through them which has been a total of 2 yrs , i have only been contacted by a rep. 3x in those 2 yrs . I have called an updated them info . on my condition/case i have left message after message for a rep to call me , i was notified of my hearing date one mo. ago which i contacted quick aid about because i do not own a vehicle nor is there public transportation , on top of that my family member who does drive can't get my hearing date off so i have no transportation to this hearing which now is in 2 days for a whole 2 wks i have been trying to reach them to ask if i can have a video conferance at my local ss office which i was told by the alj office can be done but that request must come from quick aid still haven;'t heard from anyone at all. I was just notified by a separate lawyer that quick aid contacted them and asked if he could go to my hearing this guy has no clue about my case , he just has what quick aid gave him which when he went over it isn't much . They haven't done much of anything in the last 2 yrs . if i were you i would not go through this company , i would hire an actual lawyer they have the same retainer fee as this company does and they will actually talk to you and if they believe you have no chance at winning they won't take the case or atleast let you know , i was told by this lawyer quick aid contacted that i have no chance of winning my ALJ hearing because of lack of info . so DONT GO THROUGH THEM..........

They were efficient!!! I almost did nothing. I just signed papers and releases. They keep u up to date immediately. If u cant reach them, they respond the next morning. Everyone was friendly and empathetic. I can't say enough. Please, contact them with your claim.

These reviews are a joke, I have been only seeing a valid 1⭐ rating for this business. I believe it is ILLEGAL to falsely inflate you ratings with employee's reviewing, especially since they obviously don't use the service. Reviews are for customers, new and current, to read and write about their experiences. Not read about how your employees feel about working there. You are not getting our business for sure.

From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank the staff for helping my son with his case. Made me feel welcome from day one. took less then three months , and they stayed on his case, updated me all the time.

I have a current case with the Judge and was turned down. Now I have new medical evidence and I need to apply for a extension. I have until this Friday to file a extension. I have called Quick Aid for 4 weeks now and no one will call me back!!!!!!!!!!! Why ???????

Dont waste your time I've been waiting 4 years! (Total trying 6 years) They didnt submit some form and MY CASE WAS THROWN OUT! I have to start ALL over again! I'm devastated! On top of that NO ONE will call me back.

These people never seen me in person did not help me get my case together left me in the dark and then inform me after making a hearing date for me that they will not be representing me in court 4 weeks before the hearing my advice find someone else to represent you thesr people are terrible

My son just started his SSI it took awhile to get started.

Should've listen to the other comments quickaid will drop you and won't warn you of anything. I got approved for disability but not for income. No payments but I am approved now how is that helpful. Let me answer that for you it's not. Stay away and get a real lawyer that will ensure you know everything you need to know every step of the way and will see your case through all the way to the end. Quickaid will flake out on you and you never met or talk to the actual lawyer just assistant's.

Best and most proffesinal attorneys out there. I've been trying to get on disability for over 9 years. I have tried other law firm and was not successful. Quikaid got me approved in just 5 months. They went the extra mile in getting the proper forms that helped me win my case.

These people are crooks, do not obtain there services. I'm a disable vet and hired them for 30 days before firing them. They never answer your calls, will not return your call and charge you for work that was never done. After another firm got my case approved, they wanted $3000 for doing nothing for 30 days. I wish would have never heard of Quickaid.

No help at all! Yes I was using Quikaid as representation for 10 years to no avail so look in your files again and you'll see that Walter Seymore was a client that was ignored at times not called back and didn't speak to anyone for months at a time appeal after appeal, so like I said no help at all and I'm quite sure that there's alot more people that feel the same way,it took 2 months for a reply to this post so it shows the type of help we can get from qwik aid!

You need an expert to represent you through this process. The staff is outstanding and efficient. They work with you throughout this process. I didn't have to call them constantly and ask them what the status was, they kept me informed.
This process takes time, you have to be patient and let the "Experts" do what they do.

Quikaid is a joke, bad harmful joke. They just wasted 2 yrs of my life, supposedly filing a disability claim on my behalf. They are scam artists, greedy, don't give a damn criminals, hope every single rep from Quikaid rots in hell!!!!!!!!

You know I been reading all the comments. And I am not getting paid by Quilaid or any one else. But I just started working with these people with my case and they have help me out all the way. Now for the people that had the bad reviews did you work with your team or did you let them do all the work. You have to work with them this is about you not about them. Yes they work with you but it is up to you to give 100%. I had a lawyer and the laywer did me no good. Matter of facet some lawyers do not want to deal with SS because of there mess. So I give this company 100000000% because in this short time they have called me twice. Even SS is working with me. So before you make a bad review ask yourself what did you do to help your case. Because rememeber you are not the only one they have to work with

I’ve waited almost 4 years for me to get denied by an judge without receiving any payments from anyone it’s all good though just stop using other people to try to get in contact with me. Don’t make promises you can’t keep to whom your representing. Never know you sent my mom and Filed an initial claim and urged me to send an letter without my knowledge of the initial claim. When the initial claim didn't pertain to me. Never signed anything. I have nothing to do with the initial claim. #Denied

My case received a favorable decision after two tries. It took some time but I have learned it is "the nature of the beast." Quikaid walked me thru the process completely and made sure the process went smoothly for me. I am grateful for the help of the kind, efficient Quikaid employees. I chose to correspond by email as I am hard of hearing. Someone from Quikaid always for a three year period responded in a timely manner. Thanks to Quikaid, I feel a huge weight has been lifted. I just found out my hearing went favorably for me and I won my case. I can not begin to express how unstressfull this process was once I went with Quick aid. They explained the process to me at the start and all I had to do was keep them informed of any doctors appointment and/or medical problems. They stayed in contact thru-out the whole process, and were very diligent on returning phone calls within 24 hours whenever a message was left. When I applied (Dec 2017) I had a family and a job, they told me the wait would be a long time and I was willing to wait. It's March 2019 now, I'm homeless now because my family thinks Ive been using them to stay in a place for free, and every job I get I lose due to my seizures. Last month they told me 2 months left. This month I called and now they're saying 3-6 months.

I went with Quikaid after looking for help with disability and right off the bat they said that I had a good case and that they thought they could help me. They made sure I knew each and every step that would be taken and and the order of which it would go so I was well prepared. Together we did win the case and I definitely would suggest Quikaid to anybody.
