After two mediators (don't waste your time and money, they WON'T give you legal advice), and then two other attorneys to advise on the media tor's settlement drafts, I finally engaged Joe and Michele to bring the divorce to closure. Because of tax law implications, I needed to get the settlement agreement expedited through the court because it was late November before we could get everything signed. Joe and Michele assured me they would get it done, and they delivered on their promise. Could not possibly be more satisfied with their professional assistance during such a difficult time.

Joe is not your typical attorney. We were referred to Joe Carnohan by a friend, The case had become extremely difficult over the first year with a different attorney. Joe took the case and did an amazing job. Not only was he knowledgeable but professional and presented his case extremely well. We were very impressed when one of the judges acknowledged his ability to make difficult cases work in the pass and wanted to know what was so different about this case. I was referred to Joseph by my first attorney, who assisted me in a Limited Scope representation. Once this case continued to a litigation phase he came on board to settle the matter. I had spoken to Joseph on the phone just once a couple of weeks before the hearing. He was above board with what can possibly happen whether the Judge rules in our favor or my ex-husband. He communicated with my first attorney who brought him up-to-speed with all the information needed.

I met Joseph the day of the hearing, his presence was one of professionalism, knowledge of Family Law and very well prepared. Nervous I was, who wouldn't be, he presented his Points of Authority and addressed the case to the Judge, he was confident which relaxed me. The Judge ruled on our side.
