Mr. Shore has helped me get SSI back in 2007....he is a very nice man and I can always count on him when anything pertaining to my benefits come up.

This guy is a disgrace. Waited a couple years for my SSI hearing. As a disabled Vet i could only afford someone who only took his 6k if we won. There was no communication until the morning of the hearing. He just sat there and typed something whilst i was grilled by the judge. The law did a ton of intricate details and asked questions that Mr. shore should've known..or at least help me answer. He is a joke and looking at his appearance was a giant clue. So sorry i wasted my time. Most lawyers would get to know you a TAD for petes sake before the hearin instead of a 20 minute interview right before seeing the judge. Please dont waste yer time. Go with a bigger outfit. I would say it was poorly executed except for the fact that execution did not exist.

Completely dropped the ball with my application- lost papers, didn’t submit paperwork in its entirety etc, which forced me to have to refile EVERYTHING on short notice. Then they didn’t submit my appeal for a hearing - didn’t notify me of ANYTHING - causing the window to close and my case to be denied. now I have to reapply completely and I’ve lost the ability to get back pay. I will not be using this law firm ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional.

Easy to find, good parking, smart guy, I expect good things from this guy. It is now June 2019. Social Security approved my claim. And back pay. Things were filed and completed in a timely manor. I am a satisfied customer, although I hate being disabled.

David was the best. David answered all my questions and prepared me for what I was going to go through and did an outstanding. Jamey, office staff was also extremely helpful. I could not ask for a better job.

Years ago when i was going through some medicals issues my Aunty came to live with me in Oceanside. She was going through a battle that was really taking a toll over her. She had heart problems and much more...SSI denied her many times. So i decided to go with an attorney. We were bless to find Mr Shore. Real kindhearted and always assured my Aunt that she was going to be fine. We went through alot of trials. Waiting for a court date, doctors appointments and also being homeless. I made sure although we were homeless i took good care of her. But after 1 year Mr Shore got a court date and we were in and out of court within 10mins. She won her case and like Mr Shore said they don't even understand why she wasn't approved from the first time she applied. Well, after all yhe depression she endured and medical issues Aunty pass 2years later in Hawaii. It was the hardest time for me but the memories we went through and what she needed to accomplish with disability made it all worth while. She now doesn't have to suffer.
Now, i am seeking help for my condition that got even worse years later. I couldn't work anymore so i knew what i had to do. Mr Shore was the first person i went to see when i got denied the 2nd time. I wouldn't trust nobody else. I know Mr Shore is busy and all but when he can he will take the time to speak to his clients. So i wait patiently and trust that he will seek the help i need for my journey while i fight this condition. I would refer everyone to him. That's exactly what i did. Great Business ethics

I had a great experience with Mr. Shore and his office staff, especially Jamee. They submitted my documents quickly to Social Security. He and his staff gave me the answers I needed to questions I had regarding disability (that I was unable to find anywhere online ).
With his help, I ended up getting approved on the 1st try. I would highly recommend you see him if you need to apply for disability.”

Couldn't even get past this woman Jamie - to talked to Mr. Shore - who I spoke with from the beginning of my application process. I wanted him to represent me through the entire process for SSI and Social Security Disability - he told me to do it on my own and come back to him when and if it's denied. Well, the SSA apparently sent a letter stating that my SSI (Supplemental Security Income) was denied - but the letter doesn't mention anything about Social Security Disability benefits being denied. I had to ask the SSA to send a copy of this letter. This woman Jamie was insistent that since the 60 day period had expired, that there's nothing that could be done. I said yes, it expired, but for SSI, not the disability part. I also explained about the back and forth I had with the SSA relating to an incident that occurred at one of the appointments that they sent me to. I felt like I was fighting a battle and I could feel my heart racing at the end of the call. Mr. Shore came highly recommended by a close friend - but the combative treatment I received has turned me off. All I wanted to do was see the M.F. attorney, couldn't get an appointment. If Mr. Shore would have started representation when I asked him to start - maybe I wouldn't be stuck here fighting Goliath on my own.
