It’s taken me along time to write this review/thank you for Matthew Palmer ;

Only because everytime I would sit down to write I would burst into tears .
So let’s see if I can articulate what Matthew did for me .
My ex husband filed a custody case against me , with false claims . I needed help !!!
Matthew & Colleen Dillion believed in Me and took My case .
Not only did We Win the custody case, but Matthew discovered major wrong doing in my divorce settlement .
He was able to recoup $1.5 million for Me . (Life changing )

Matthew & his team provided me with extraordinary service , honor , highly professional , realistic expectations, always straight with me , impeccable Integrity, and great understanding & compassion .

There was Never a moment that We didn’t walk into the courtroom that I wasn’t proud and knew 100% that he was prepared .
This is a man who hasn’t forgotten why he became an Attorney !

I hired Matthew for a personal injury case. He was quick, efficient and settled my case in half the amount of time as I expected. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I consulted with Attorney Manwaring who was very knowledgeable. Although it was a simple motion, or so I thought, he kept his composure at all times and protected my position always. He never let the other attorney impact his professionalism despite the efforts made by the other party and even his attorney. I was impressed by his composure and even more so, his knowledge of military law.

I retained Layla to assist me with a post judgment custody case. Not only did she explain everything to me in a way I could understand she kept my costs down by running every possible scenario by me and giving me an estimate of the fees. I have used Matthew Palmer and his associates for various issues concerning my son and his disabilities as well as mine and my husband's personal legal matters. The firm has always been very professional and forthcoming with information. Someone always and promptly gets back to me with an answer or an update concerning issues and questions I may have. They do NOT take advantage and are up front about any costs. In fact, my son's disability case will be handled on a contingent basis and they only get paid if my son is awarded his disability claim. I visited the office of Matthew Palmer in order to get a consult on my custody battle. It was a very pleasant experience, they have phenomenal customer service; very warm and kind. I left feeling less anxious about the whole case.

I was referred to Richard Manwaring because I was nervous about completing the last portion of my (uncontested) divorce on my own. He assured me we were capable of handling it without legal representation, and gave me a packet to make the settlement agreement easy to write up. I contacted Matthew Palmer’s office with an issue. I initially left a voicemail (as I did with many other attorneys which none of whom called me back at all!) Not only did I get a call back that same day, but I was offered a consultation within 24-48 hours. My experience with Mr. Palmer was that I was down and out because my inheritance from parents who were deceased was being held by my sister. I never received it because my sister was in charge of everything. I received a copy of the will but nothing else. I was devastated. I did not know what to do. I was referred to Mr. Palmer by a friend. And he made it happen. He got in touch with my sister and made her pay me my inheritance which otherwise I would not have received. Through Mr. Palmer and his team, I know have a new look on life and can't thank him enough.

Hands down the best experience I've had with an attorney. I live out of state and needed an attorney to help represent me in regards to a family law matter. Mr. Palmer's retainer was reasonable and he and his firm went right to work in my matter. Communicating with them was very easy and their response was always quick. Being out of state they set up the hearing to be telephonic so that I could be present. The day of the hearing Mr. Palmer was very professional presented my case to the court and the judge ruled in my favor.

Matthew Palmer & Associates were my rock through what should have been a super easy case. Divorce and Separation through the courts can be a tricky thing. If there is a side being absolutely unreasonable it can be drawn out for what seems like forever. My case should have been done in a few months. Instead it took over 2 years. Let me be the first to clarify it was to no fault of Matthew and his crew. It was my ex and her ridiculous attorneys. They did all they could to drag it out and that they did. Matthew was the best decision I have EVER made. He was there and by my side the whole time. He knew exactly what the judge would look for AND kept my anxiety of it all at bay. Everyone in that office was so nice and willing to help me through my journey. I definitely feel without them I would have lost my mind or lost my case, or both.
Matthew is what you need by your side, and hopefully you don’t have to go to trial like I did, but if you do… He is the one for the job. After 2 years of patience and waiting we were awarded everything we requested and my attorney’s fees were ordered to be paid by my ex. You will find out that Matthew works hard on his client's cases to help them through hardest times. i know that he cares about how his cases come out and what happens to people. I am very surprised to see comments about him online that i know are not true. it is hard to believe that someone would actually say that he sent a paralegal to court.

On that court date I was shocked when Mathew him self was not present, he had sent his paralegal, in which had no clue to anything about my case so I had to fill her in. I had asked her why Mathew was not present and she proceeds to tell me and my fiance That he had another big case he had to be in court for, I told her then what did I pay for his services for then? That court hearing nothing had changed like Mathew had promised myself and my fiance, That he would personally get my children back. We'll that didn't happen like promised, the girls where still in the same situation, and another court date was set. I proceeded to contact Mathew office to ask why Mathew broke his promise and sent his paralegal... he apologized and promised he would appear on the next one. A few days before that next hearing I got a phone call from Palmers office stating that if I wanted to save some money from my retainer, that this next hearing they didn't have to be present since the girls were being released back to into my custody , except my oldest who wanted to stay in the home she was in at the time. I told Matthew office that if they felt I didn't need them to present then I would love to save the money for when I needed them to be in court for my oldest one who stayed in the system, When I got to that court hearing, I was shocked in what the judge stated to me on record. The the judge had asked me" why Mathew was not present"? ...that Mathew should of known that in a juvenile dependency case like this he has to be present...or he could be held in contempt of court for something like this. I told the judge I wanted to save money and that it was my fault, He proceeded to tell me ,Mrs Garcia for as long as Mathew Palmer has been an attorney he should of known... The judge gave me a few options, 1 I could continue the case and wait for my attorney of record to be present or 2 I could fire him on record and have a public defender represent me. With what Palmers office has done to myself and my children so far I decided to fire him on the spot and hired the public defender that was initially a singed to my case that was May 19 2015. I contacted Palmers office the next day to let his office know that they were no longer my attorney of record and the reason why. About a week later I received a bill in the mail stating I owed Palmers office 2554$ dollars still for all the paperwork cps continued to send him after that may 19 hearing, I proceeded to contact Matthew's office and told him how can u continue to charge me when u were no longer the attorney of record as of may , his office continues to send me a bill, when in reality his initial consultation he stated on paperwork everything will be done for 3000$ So where did all these other fees come from? LOL strait COOKED!!!!! I have now contacted the bar association to report this!!! Just waiting for my packet to come in the mail..... I would never recommend this business to anyone, they are THIEF'S !!!

Me and my fiance retained the services of mathew palmer a family law attorney that I've known for many years. He told us he would do the whole cps case for the amount of 3000 dollars that I paid up front. On our first court appearance mathew sent a woman we really didn't know nor did she seem to have any knowledge of our case. Everything we requested to be addressed was not done it felt like we were there by ourselves. We spoke to mathew about this and he reassured us he would handle the case from there on. On the last court date for our oldest he never showed up told my fiance he was not needed. The judge was about to hold him in contempt for neglecting to show up when out public defender stood up and said he would take the case for her thanks to him mathew was not charged. After the public defender took over my fiance signed a release of Mathews services. Mathew palmer then started sending us itemized bills claiming to have gone to court for us numerous times when his stand in only showed up once not to mention promised us he would do the entire case for 3000 dollars that I paid up front and now is trying to say we owe him almost 3000 more. We have recently found out he has done the exact same thing to others that needed his help and now we r filing with the bar association to get this resolved. He will not answer our calls and is avoiding what he has done to us. If this has happen to u as I know it has happen before and will happen again these people live off false hope and with all the hugs and tears and false promises we know justice will be served please I ask everyone that has retained Mathews services and have had a similar experience to make a claim with the bar association i would give zero stars but I have to give one - 100 stars

I didn't like the services Mathew had promisse us that the case was easy and it will take about 4 months. He gave me a price now after a year nothing has been solve mathew and his firm keep asking for continuing on every single court date that we had. Mayhew promised my husband and I that he will take care of matter personally but he had never showed up to any court dates HD keeps sending non attorneys to ask for continuing. The price had more than triple. Please if you need someone honest that actually will help you, don't hire Mathew Palmer or anyone in his firm you will be sorry. Look for someone else
