Very unprofessional service. I hired her for my particular case, after paying her an initial amount to start the work, I heard nothing from her for two weeks. She responded to no telephone calls nor emails during that time. I finally got a hold of her and cancelled all her services. She overcharged me for services that were never done, I only got some of my money back apparently after she accepted her wrongdoings. Everything was done informally, no official signed or stamped documents nor receipts. A waste of time and money, I do not recommend her for any professional services.

I hired Kandy after having a 10 year custody battle over my son and having some very bad luck with several family law attorneys. Kandy is the ONLY family law attorney that seems to really care about the truth and the facts. She is fair, honest and hard working. She helped me get my son back and fought against big odds to do so. She truly cares about the kids and understands what the best thing is for them. I paid a grip load for her to no show appointments with me and provide absolutley no representation. She may have well have been employed by dcfs, cause all she did was go along with their untrue side of the story. To make matters worse judge wouldn't allow me to remove her as my attorney till later on. I almost rolled over laughing when she had the nerve to send me a statement alleging I owed her an additional bill in addition to the retainer I had already paid.
