"Questionable" is the best way to describe this firm. Taken advantage of in more ways than one. I will not be recommending Jim Magazine. The firm is disorganized not to mention the honesty and the integrity of this firm is not up to par. Basically to put it mildly, they are interested in what they can gain not what they can do for you. Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor, go directly through your insurance company, they will care for you and make "you" a priority and your pay out will be much greater by far!

All around bad experience! Was referred here by my Fiancé’s Father, and instantly regretted it after learning that he has been dealing with the same case for over a year. Majority of my case was handed through email because no one would ever answer the phone when I called for updates on my case. If your case doesn’t have high value, or becomes less beneficial to the firm they will not fight for you! My case started out as a $45,000 case, once the lawyers realized they weren’t going to receive the full policy limits, it seems like they completely gave up on the case. Out of nearly a $10,000 settlement, I only received $3,500. Compared to the outcome of my last accident, this firm is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Four years after being hit by a drunk driver, almost dying, and having the rest of my life changed, I was told my case was being dropped due to lack of insurance. Really? It's ridiculous to think under be any circumstances that it should take that long just to find out that one simple fact. Disgraceful!
