In my opinion they do not practice law in the way it was intended to be practiced.

Update February 19th: I saw Kim at Maxa enterprises in Clearwater Florida.

Kim approached me at Maxa and shook my hand and then opened her cell phone where she showed me my original review (above). Then she became very rude and unpleasant telling me I did not have first hand knowledge about the case and my review was “hear-say” and it should be removed or updated saying it was hear-say. She kept pestering me about my review. She did this in front of people which I was very shocked by, openly trying to pressure me or intimidate me to change my original review. Everyone was taken back by her unprofessional attitude and her OWN client even came up to me afterwards and apologized for her actions. I did tell Kim that I would update my original review for her and that is what I’m doing. I usually wouldn’t write such a long review but a licensed attorney acting this way and trying to verbally harass people to change their opinions online is ridiculous and should not be acceptable.

Kim Is a great lawyer she is getting me justice my ex husband was not honoring the divorce agreement. A divorce agreement he wrote himself and I signed I trusted him to be fair. Big mistake. Well, me bad. But now even with a stacked agreement he is trying to cheat me, he has chosen to not even to honor that agreement . Ultimately the courts will decide and they have ruled in my favor on all accounts so I guess is easy to say who is in the wrong . Thanks KIM you rock

Don’t pay, in my opinion she makes false promises to her clients without knowing the full truth. And take people for a run with their money.
