Did what they said they would do, I am now debt free thanks to Attorney Shawn Doan and his staff.

Shawn filed my Chapter 7 a few years back, despite having good income there was no way to get out from under a heavy debt load incurred with my business. Had some tax issues I didn't think I could discharge but Mr. Doan was able to include about $50K owed to IRS/FTB. Highly recommend this office, I understand he has 4 brothers and his dad that are all attorneys practicing exclusively in bankruptcy.

I retained this firm early last year (Escondido Office) to file a bankruptcy due to a job loss/foreclosure I was facing. Fortunately I found employment and was able to not only stop the sale of my house but Doan Law was able to negotiate a loan modification with our lender, which allowed us to exit the bankruptcy all together and continue living. Thanks Wil, Mona, and the entire staff at Doan Law!

Good law firm, never had any problems in the past!!

I hired Doan Law in 2015. We paid $4400 toward a total of $4800. I had a bad experience with the office staff withdrawing money from my checking account unauthorized on more than one occasion even after I asked them to shred my information. I did not have a payment plan rather I called in each payment. Doan did apologize but after three separate withdrawals I felt the firm was incompetent. I wrote and published review about my unhappiness on social meeting and Doan Law contacted me and told me I was breaching the patriot act and felt terrorized by me. They cancelled our bankruptcy and kept all money paid. Doan now refuses to file my bankruptcy or refund any money so we can find a new attorney. He did say if I promised to take down my reviews on social media he would file for me but I felt like that was a scam to not let the public know of this firms practices.
