I have known and used Mr. Talley and his staff for over 15 years now. Referred them to 3 friends for divorce and workman comp cases. We have never had issues of any sort during this time. I personally wouldn't use anyone else from here on out as my cases have all be positive. Mr Talley once called me from the Superbowl he was attending to help me out during a dispute!

Awful , would not return calls, lost the files. They finally called back after several more attempts, found the trust. Did nothing with it . Picked it up. And they (Gaylean) is rude in my opinion

CAUTION: DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON AS YOUR ATTORNEY. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST, A CON MAN, A LIAR AND A TERRIBLE LITIGATOR.
I hired Talley for a simple and straightforward case. I gave him all the documentation he needed to file and he had ample time to file my case. I gave him his agreed to fee. The next day he asks me how I wanted to handle the case. I asked him why he was asking me that. I told him that was what I hired him to do! He was the supposed 'expert' and 'professional' and that I hired him to do a job based on his knowledge and his supposed ability! Isn't that why someone hires an attorney? The day prior to the hearing I called and e-mailed him asking him to explain to me exactly what his strategy was going to be because I was not feeling very comfortable at that point. I just had a very uneasy feeling about this guy. He never responded! When appearing at court, the next day, it was revealed by the judge that Talley never submitted any documents , as he told me he did, to the court prior to the hearing. He lied. The judge asked Talley for any papers and then asked Talley what he wanted to do. Talley mumbled, acted confused and distraught and then he asked the judge what he should do. The judge again asked Talley how he wanted to proceed and Talley then asked for a continuance! At my expense, of course! The next day he shows up and wants more money! He spends an hour or so in my store trying to use sports analogies with me about my case. Vince Lombardi is my relative. He pretty much created sports analogies. Enough said about that! He again asks me my recommendation of how he should proceed. He also suggests we do a mock trial to include his secretary, another actor, himself and me. At an outrages fee of $250 an hour!! Remember, this was a pretty simple case without merit or substantial evidence in the first place. I told him that I would think about continuing my services with him and that, so far, I was not very satisfied with any of his procedures and that his lying about and not giving the courts the necessary documents, had already cost me a lot of money and a lot of my time. The next day, I e-mailed him and told him I was no longer in need of his services. He wrote back and pleaded with me not to release him and said I could not win without him, etc...I wrote back again and said, thanks but no thanks. I went to court myself and had my case dismissed within minutes! The judge stated that he would have dismissed the case on the last appearance had Talley simply asked for a few minutes of the court time to review any documents. No kidding?! A week or so later I got a bill from Talley. He had charged me for his time at my store when he wasted my time with his 'sports talk'! And he was now charging me for any and all phone and e-mail correspondence we had exchanged after the first and only hearing with Talley for which he had already been paid and in which I still had a balance of time in my favor! I told Talley that I would not pay his demands. He continued to send and e-mail me for weeks a demand for payment for services which I did not hire him to do. I refused to pay! He continues to harass me to this day. BOTTOM LINE: I NOT RECOMMEND TALLEY AS AN ATTORNEY. PERHAPS, IN HIS YOUNGER DAYS, HE TRULY CARED ABOUT HIS CLIENTS, THE RULE OF LAW, AND TRUTHFUL JUSTICE. BUT, IN MY CASE, THOSE DAYS SEEM TO BE VERY MUCH IN THE PAST. FROM WHAT I EXPERIENCED, HIS ONLY CONCERN WAS TO LINE HIS POCKETBOOK WITH MY MONEY. SEEK BETTER COUNSEL ELSEWHERE!
