I can't express enough how wonderful Amanda Bell has been with my case. There were several issues that made my case difficult but she kept working with me and walking me through every step, always making sure I was ok with what was happening and making sure I understood everything. My injuries exceeded the amount of coverage the other driver's insurance provided so Amanda had to work with my insurance company to get the rest of the settlement. For some reason my insurance company didn't want to work with her to come to an agreement and she had to eventually threaten to go to the insurance board and possibly sue them. This was a long tedious process and Amanda was always there for me to talk to and I never felt as if she wasn't going above and beyond for me. I would not recommend this firm. My mother has been neglected by the firm and are not aggressive. They are to nice and some behind the desk lawyers!!!! Out of the reviews ive read all ive seen is niceness no money!!!!! She has been with the firm since last year November and they still haven't got Pepsi Cola to claim yet even after driver admitted to hitting my mother!!!! My mother car doesn't work and couldn't make it to court out of state because of the accident and this lawfirm did not help her in anyway. She has worked withe the entire staff and all never made any progress..shes trying to fire them now but the wont give her the drop letter so once again neglecting her. I would not recommend this firm. U need a more aggressive firm that will really help u not be nice. Thats why Pepsi running over them even when they driver took pictures and admitted to hitting my mother and shes injured. All they want is your money they will not help u in any way at all. Being that I was a client with Godsey Martin for over three years I will admit that at the beginning of my experience was very rocky. I didn’t hear much from my case manager (even though i about 3 or 4 of them) and I never knew who my attorney was personally as far as meeting them for the first two years of my case. But then.. LOL Along came three wonderful people who helped out with the remainder of my case and got everything settled and situated and turned a bad experience into a great one. I want to personally think my attorney Donovan, my caseworker Vanessa as well as Perla. From the day they all took over my case, everything was smooth sailing from there. Vanessa was consistent in contacting me regularly and keeping me in the loop of everything and each time we were making progress. Donovan was amazing he was very professional and honest w me about every step and made sure he faught for me in mediation. He kept his word on my settlement amount and I even got more than expected! Do NOT recommend this office. They are non-communicative , unethical and unprofessional. They will try to take money from you that they are not entitled to and they will have no care in how that affects your life. Better off having a pile of mud as representation. They have no sense of urgency and are not behaving ethically. They should be reported to the board for non-ethical behavior.

I was in a car accident; not the first one I've had but the first was i was severely injured in and my very first time needing representation for. An injury that for me in my life/work of was was somewhat debilitating. I told her that I didn't want/need some massive settlement. I just wanted to be treated fairly by the insurance company of the guy who cause the accident due to his negligence. Cecilia and GM did just that! I was able to return to work and function in the capacity expected of me due to me being able to receive the proper medical care and I thank her for all of her guidance to get me there. Very unprofessional, it's been over a year and my claim has not been resolved. If you are involved in an accident you are better off representing yourself than using the law firm. I recently got hit again and I will not be using them.

UNFORTUNATELY I had to use Godseys services due to some reckless drivers several times. But the service I have been provided has been phenomenal every step of the way I was informed every detail I was informed. I could thank Markeyshia for that she has handled 3 of my cases and if I need to use their service again I would most definitely ask for her. She is a sweet human being not only doing her job but carring for her clients services.

This place is awful. They need to be re-trained on customer service. And realize at&t customer service is on point They sit on their phones and yell across the store your conversation. The manager is great. But a lot of bad attitude.

So far this has been a horrible experience. It's been 9 months and we haven't made any progress. I can still count on my hand how many times the firm has initiated contact. I've had to reach out to them every time. The settlement they're offering me is ridiculous. This has been a waste of my time and energy.

I was so lucky to Find Inez Clark. Inez was a referral from my next-door neighbor Beverly. Inez Clark is a force to be reckoned with. My neighbor had a big pile of dirt in front of her house along with cast iron pipes, I also noticed the same plumbing company trucks were present that my insurance company used to test my home for an insurance claim. After speaking with my neighbor, she had a similar case where the Homeowners insurance didn’t want to pay to repair her home. My Homeowners insurance spent more money fighting my claim than to make my case whole. Inez made the insurance company conduct a thorough onsite investigation with Inez and an independent contractor present and they found my claim was worth additional funds $30,776 to make my case whole. I’m so happy I can pay off the loan I needed to repair the house with. Thank You Inez for your help and assistance.

Initial process to start my case was professional and easy. However, over the two years it took to settle my case, communication and updates regarding my case was only given when I reached out to them every few months for a case status. Shelby and Kenneth did not respond well to voice mails I left asking for case status. I received better response via email communications. David was assigned as my attorney however, after a couple of communications with him, my case was transferred to another attorney. I left several messages and emails with Ken before I was informed that my attorney was changed to Ryan. Amanda did a great job at keeping me inform during the last couple of weeks of my case settlement status. Overall communication was not very good.
I received a follow up from my review from Godsey Martin representatives. I was asked to explain more about my client experience to which they expressed concern and offered their sincere apology.

When I got into my car accident these people were the first people that popped in my head, I guess there catchy slogan stayed with me.
