I contacted the Neal Law Firm April 10, 2017 because I felt the actions taken by another Attorney, which had represented me in an Arbitration case against my existing insurance company regarding a roof replacement claim, did not represent me adequately. Mr. Neal agreed and aggressively took legal action against the Attorney. After several months of Legal negotiations, suits and countersuits, a settlement was reached in my behalf. Mr. Neal convinced me that the Attorney had violated numerous Ethics violations and recommended I file a Grievance with the Texas State Bar, which I did and they also ruled in my favor. A disciplinary hearing against the Attorney is pending and is being pursued by the Texas State Bar.
These results were the direct action of Mr. Neals professional knowledge of the Law and aggressive effort in getting this case resolved.
