Found him to be unethical and disingenuous. His past record of suspensions now makes sense.

Update: if you want an agreesive lawyer to not put up with any b.s from the opposing counsel I suggest you hire Bryan Walter! Due to negligence and shadiness of a past attorney C. Gayden Bryan is the best lawyer I’ve hired. I have nothing but good things to say about him and Jacob! I like the small staff it’s much better because you deal with 2 people and not a whole Lawfirm getting things all messed up! Thanks guys!

Update! I ran into another hiccup and Jacob and Bryan came right to my rescue! This is the only lawyer that has ever done right by me! I absolutely love Bryan and Jacob! They are the absolute best!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I DO NOT recommend this attorney. He loves wasting time and money. He's the laughing stock at the courthouse, no respect from others, whatsoever. I've heard others call him a clown and dwarf, and he always has that lost look in his face. He can often be seen pacing back and forth in the corridors at the courthouse. I've seen him whine about how other attorneys bully him, as if he was a small child (He is no bulldog - as others put him, that is for sure). This may all be caused due to the fact that he is often off of his meds. He has been disciplined by the Texas Bar for being unethical. I am very surprised this guy is still practicing, hopefully one day, he'll just croak. I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for legal representation, unless you want an idiot for an attorney that will delay your case continuously for years.

If you would like to waste thousands on a simple case and have it dragged out for years, by all means go with Bryan!

I do not recommend this attorney at all. The only thing he is professional at is wasting time and money. He is either dumb or ignorant, because he acts like he does not know the law in court. I've watched him act like he did not know simple legal terms, or act like he did not know how the court process works with something as simple as an amendment. He has been disciplined by the TX Bar for being unethical, and the reason being is because he is a FRAUD! I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for legal representation, unless you want an idiot for an attorney that will delay your case continuously.

Terrible communication and we only had conversations with Jacob who is not an attorney. They don’t have a receptionist to answer the phone so that is why I am saying communication is not good at all. Left voice messages with Jacob and became very frustrated not hearing back. Maybe this Bryan guy should get a real office that has someone that answers the phone. I found a new attorney that is fantastic and is getting work done.
Bryan also took my whole retainer and only did work for half. He told me that I signed a contract that said it was non-refundable. Which it was. I’m stuck.

Now working with an attorney that has a receptionist that is very friendly and responsive. And the attorney in 30 minutes did what it took Bryan or Jacob a week to do in a week. I will say, in Bryan’s last email to me, he was very good in being argumentative. Probably that is better left in court and not with his client.
