Several years ago, my wife and I paid this individual a lot of money to prepare wills and trust documents. For the past week, we've been trying to get back in touch with him to ask a question about updating these documents. There is no answer in his office -- and he does not respond to emails posted via his website.

I delivered the will to Greuner's office. Since then Greuner's office is closed and his voicemail is full. my daughter is contacting the state bar.
