Ginger & her amazing team were a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of having our, completely agreed upon, same sex divorce handled nearly impossible. If you are looking for the most expensive, dishonest Doesn’t show up on time Ginger is your attorney! Showed up to court 2 hours late. Never completed anything when she said she would. She was recommended by another attorney who said she was great in court, yet for our family it was settled out of court at not the outcome we wanted because of fear of it costing even more than we already had spent. She encourages fabrication of facts and invents ways that she can win for you. Once the contract is signed and she has your money you are trapped unless you have money to blow. The attorney who was opposing attorney was 1/3 of what we paid. She has also represented my sisters-in-law in her divorce and it has cost her 2 years and 20,000. Ginger steared her towards all these avenues where my sister did most of the collection of information and then the next visit would tell her they couldn’t do it that way. Several other attorneys were surprised by what she had charged both of us and no court was involved. Ginger used fear of my sister in law of losing her 401 if she didn’t settle. When they went to mediation Ginger encouraged her to take snacks for later from mediators snacks that were out and took some herself then justified it by saying that’s what they are there for. Ginger is definitely an example of why attorneys have such a poor public opinion and why the term shyster comes to mind.

I contacted ginger through family and was excited about what she stated she could do for me. Over the past 21 months I’ve been trying to get divorced with a lot of promises that have not come. After I’ve paid 15,000.00 I and told her that was all I had. I was advised to settle so that my husband could not touch my retirement plan. That she could not get text message content. After she told me she could and charged me for the research to do so. Taken advise that has left me further in debt. Never I print via email. And now have a bill for almost 4000.00 additional dollars with a settlement from my husband for that amount. She does not reply in a timely manner. I was promised another final decree 2 days ago and have not recruit. I’ve been postponed. Gone through 2 tax years of having to file married separate and more stress than I can even explain. I would not recommend this attorney. Go with just about anyone else. I still do not have my divorce. And I’m sure there will be something that will hold it up again since I’m writing this review before I have a final decree. Her office staff makes excuses for her on a regular basis. Go anywhere else but here.

Ginger Weatherspoon is not a honest Attorney, I hired her back in September, 2017 , she did not do as promised and proceed to give me the run around. Also mrs.Weatherspoon was dishonest about court dates , filing motion of compel, etc. As also birds of a feather flock together her employees was as dishonest as mrs.weather spoon. I gave her $12,000 for her bs and she waste my time. Please people's stay far from this place.... can’t say nothing about the true!
