I was referred here and would not refer anyone else here. I have to be the one to follow up because they will not follow up with me, its been weeks and months before I hear anything back, if it is days that I hear back is because I am constantly reaching out.

My son and husband had a car accident 6 months ago. Every time my husband calls the firm there is no answer, he has to leave a message and when he gets a call back from the firm they don’t have an answer about my husband’s case, he calls today and they told him that all his and my son’s paperwork is not readable, this is not the first time this happened, I really don’t know if they miss placed the paperwork or they’re fax machine doesn’t work, it has been a nightmare to work with this firm!
