Love the customer service. Spencer met me immediately on my time. He listen to me and asked effective questions that helped me benefit and understand what to do and what to exspect next

I’m in Houston and got assigned a case manager that lives in Dallas ‍♂️ Every time I call I am greeted by a voicemail recording. If you are reading this, I encourage you to find a different lawyer to handle your case. Having suffered personal injuries and drastic damage on my vehicle, having access to your representative, as to ease some of the anxiety and frustration, is a necessity. I have had to wait two business days for a call back after I left a voicemail and multiple texts asking for a a call back. This firm is extremely impersonal and has left me in the dark about the on goings about my situation. I implore you: look elsewhere!

Personally I would not recommend, the communication starts off pretty good but then goes in the trash. I call and leave voicemails and I don't hear anything for weeks at a time(currently still waiting to hear back). Go to a firm that knows how to stay in touch and be there when you need them. Planning on switching law firms, I'm sure PLENTY would love to take my case for not at fault accident resulting in traumatic brain injury.

1 star for the terrible photo I had to look at on a bill board. Made me cringe the rest of the day. Looks soooooo sleazy I wouldn’t trust him to stroke my pet hamster.

They never call me back I guess they are just going after big juicie cases and mine wasn't big enough, still I think out of respect a call is in order.

This place suchs. Liars and unprofessional. Clients have difficulty reaching their assigned case managers on updates. Which should not be tolerated.

When I was hit by a drunk driver last year I was left flabbergasted. All of a sudden, I was left with a totaled car, as well as injuries that required medical attention.

This place is horrible they fail to communicate or call you back. The lawyer I had was not aggressive against the insurance company. The paralegals seem like their case load is too much. I’m totally disappointed in my experience not to mention I still haven’t received my check when I try to contact the closer Adriana she doesn’t return calls or emails. I’ll be glad when this is done. I will never use this firm again if I needed a lawyer. Shop around is my suggestion.
