I filed a simple divorce case back in April of 2018. It was a $1500 retainer. I didn’t receive a court date until late October. I tried to contact him multiple times with no response. He quit talking once he got his money. When he showed up at court I didn’t even recognize him because his catfish picture on his website is outdated. He failed to serve my ex so the case was disposed. We needed to file a community property affidavit and he showed up 10 mins before court with a form that looked like it came out of a 1st graders back pack. On October 29 he filed the lawsuit again and I haven’t heard from him since. It’s now January 23 and still nothing. This guy is a fraud, his physical address is an empty office. PLEASE DO NOT use this guy, he will STEAL YOUR MONEY. A no contest divorce should take 60 to 75 days to get resolved....I’m 10 months in and my currently retained , wannabe attorney is missing in action!!

He is a horrible attorney. He also stole my money. Will not answer my phone calls, I have text him, emailed him and I even went to his office to look for him. I hired him to represent me in my divorce case. He showed up hours late to court. Then he just stopped showing up all together. I didn’t know I had court and the case proceeded without me because he did not show up and did not tell me I had court. I do not recommend him at all. He is a scammer. Robert just know i am filing a complaint against you with the bbb and the board where you got your degree.

He stole my money and now refuses to respond to me. I am a single mother who hired him with all of my savings to obtain custody of my son. He was great the first 2 months than things started getting shady. On my first court date he wasn’t there he said he got in an accident, my second one got cancelled and postponed. My 3rd court date he text me 30 minutes before to tell me court was cancelled & then cancelled my 4th court date. He refuses to respond to me. Now I am out of savings & still haven’t established custody. THANKS ROBERT REAL STAND UP GUY LYING & STEALING FROM SINGLE MOTHERS WAY TO GO BET YOUR KIDS ARE PROUD.

Robert Markle worked with Brandon Plagens, Romi Schwartz, Syria Sinoski and other lawyers to defraud me of everything I owned. He was MY ATTORNEY. It was a hell on earth. They planned it and almost got away with it. I figured it out and fired him and that was even hard to do as he disappeared off the face of the earth intentionally. This was total abuse of power and process in Montgomery County, TX. I would give him a negative number if it were possible. It's true. He won't sue me because it's true.
