I have called several different attorney through the Hyatt Legal Plan and this was the only attorney I found that was willing to help me. My case was a bit unusual but she did not seem to mind the challenge and was straightforward me about the pros and cons of my case. I would definitely recommend her.

I would give a 5, but I never like giving 5s. Ms. Shantrice was brutally honest about my case, that's the part I absolutely hated. But when it came time to go to court, she was better than I expected her to be. She gave me a clear understanding about what I was up against and at the same time she fought for me and I now have custody of my kids. I lost custody a few years ago and I couldnt be happier. I would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable, I’ve never had to deal with legal issues and whoever answered the phone today was quick to get me off the phone not listening to what I had to say. RUDE! As a CLC member I expected a little more patience and understanding, geez, especially dealing with an assault case. Thank you for being such a joy to speak to! Reputation is everything!
