This has not been a good experience thus far. I met up with Mr. Boujaoude before hiring him To represent me about the reviews I read about his clients not being able to get in contact with him pertaining To their case. Well now I’m a witness to it! I’ve been calling his office now for 3 weeks with absolutely no answer or reply to the messages left. I didn’t rush his process but it’s now been almost 6 months since They claimed to have sent the demand letter and almost a year since my accident. I’m so dissatisfied with his service and truly disappointed. If you want someone To represent you that’ll will keep you informed about the progress of your claim this may not be the guy to go to unfortunately.

Very difficult to get ahold of. In their defense, once you get ahold of one of the representatives from the firm, they are very helpful. Case has been going on now for 14 months, and could have went faster if more accessable.
