Visited CVSC Houston for my visa. I must say Excellent Service, very friendly staff specially Anthony and prompt service. They are really professional, very happy with their service.

Mailed in my application and they told me I didn't send pictures, then told me I needed to send in a bunch of additional information and forms that are listed nowhere on their site to prove my relationship to my wife and host family in China. Provided this information and was then told they couldn't help me and that I had to go the consulate to get travel papers. They would not tell me any more or explain why...They kept the credit card service fee and mailed me back my info. Low and behold, after spending another $30 for pictures, my original pictures were in the return pouch. Karla never even reviewed or even looked at the application (even though she said she was looking at it while on the phone with me). Was also told by the consulate that they could have processed my visa, just not my son's. They have poor customer service and a horrible attention to detail, go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Being a UK passport holder living in Houston I was skeptical regards acquiring a Visa and how quick this would be. The process with CVSC was exceptionally simple, quick and professional! Definitely recommend their service.

China Visa Service Center made the visa process simple and worry-free. My wife and I used CVSC to apply for our China tourist visas. Lindy at CSVC was super helpful and helped us throughout the process! CVSC let us send scanned documents in advance to make sure the documents were ok before sending them. They were always available and friendly whenever we called. They let us know if there was anything with a document that my be a problem and not accepted by the embassy. They have your back the whole time. I chose them initially because I saw they had the best BBB rating of the agencies in Houston (an AAA rating by the BBB), but I will use them again (to authenticate documents) because I've personally received AAA service from them.

I was a bit hesitant to use their service for the first time but was very pleased with the outcome. I received my visa back exactly 1 week after my documents delivered to their office. I am glad I didn't have to make a trip and deal with the consulate like I did last year; it's not worth the stress and trouble. I would definitely recommend using this company if you can.

Outstanding service for a China visa! I followed their easy-to-use online instructions for submitting an application and mailed our passports on a Friday. Ten days later (I used regular, not expedited, service), I received our passports and visas. During the process, they let me know when they received the passports and documents I sent them, when they received the visa from the Chinese consulate, and when the passports with visas were mailed out back to me. I would definitely recommend China Visa Service Center.

Their email support is really slow. I had a concern with their invoice saying standard services when I requested expedited service for document authentication. They didn't reply for days. I sent another email demanding a response and then they finally explained that the consulate in DC doesn't offer rush services for document authentication. Fine. However, in the same response they also said they can send me a scanned copy of my documents before shipment. I said I wanted it. I have said it TWICE after I sent another email. Yet they DIDN'T do it!

I was going to go for a work visa through them but since they gave me horrible support I will not use their service again. I'll find another agent. They really need to fix their email support and prioritize paying customers.

Just as CVSC promised, we got our visas exactly a week after we sent them to CVSC. They answer their phones rather than give you a phone tree or voice mail. We had several questions and they patiently answered them all. They kept us informed each step of the way--when they got our passports and applications, when there was a tracking number available, when our passports and visas were being sent back to us. The fee they charge is totally worth it.

I just want that to thank them. This is the 2nd time I have use them, and I would tell any one who needs a Chinese Visa to use them, Because it is fast and problem free. Thanks again Clay
