This guy was recommended to me. His Instagram account is inspiring. Then I came here and the reviews are absolutely not the same. Can anyone tell me different than these reviews?

He’s a great lawyer he beat a lot of cases for people I know in the past. I referred a friend to them and I told him good things about Maverick but they aren’t doing good business with him they missed two of his court dates and something is on his record because of it they said they would take care of it and never did they also forgot to bring important paperwork for the DA in court which made them reset his court date. I’m not sure if he has too many clients and he’s just overwhelmed but I feel so bad for telling my friend to hire him.

Attempted to call and get information but whoever they have answering the phones is soooooo rude and unprofessional I won’t be giving them a dime of my money. They show no respect. Stay away.

Mr Owens handled my case and was very professional throughout my time working with the firm also he worked in a very timely manner which left me very satisfied with our outcome.

First of all i wanna thank the entire team, because if you have ever been threw multiple resets for long periods of time, youd knw that its really impossible for one person to be in so many court rooms at one time! Secondly i have never had any bad experiences with Maverick he was always professional he never promised what he would do but was able to put together a strong strategic plan to get a dissmissal on an aggrivated assault and a felony poss of a weapon dropped.i would definitely recommend he is the best thang smoking! You gotta have that right❗❗❗

DO NOT HIRE !!!!The guy is a complete crook !!! I didn't plan on getting an attorney for the simple fact that I could not afford one. But the court system needed me to at least look for one so I did. He talked me into putting down the retainer so he could get my license back. The day after my first court date he said he never said he could get my license back because it was too late and he didn't "recall" making me that promise which he definitely did! That's the only reason I put down the 500$ I did not have. He did nothing for me . Bully and a liar

Worst Attorney ever! He ripped us off of so much money and didn't even complete the case, yet they refused to refund our money. They stole money order that were supposed to go to court and asked for more. So glad I fired them!! Would never recommend him to anyone not even my worst enemy. They have terrible customer service and do not know how to even put together a simple provisional waiver! MAVERICK RAY does not even talk to clients what kind of lawyer does not talk to his paying clients?! People like this should not be allowed to practice any law because they clearly are not in it to help out clients, they are there to take people's money then give you the run around.

I HIRED THIS ATTORNEY ON 10/14/2013 BECAUSE HE PROMISED ME TO CLEAR MY 3 CASES ON COURT, AFTER I ALREADY PAID $5000.00 AND AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO HIS OFFICE AND CELL PHONE I NEVER RECEIVE ANY ANSWER THEY JUST KEEP IGNORING ME, ONE DAY EVENTUALLY THIS SECRETARY MELISSA HERNANDEZ PICKED UP THE PHONE , I ASKED HER ABOUT MY CASES , SHE PROMISED ME THAT SHE GOING TO CALL ME BACK WITH AN ANSWER BUT SHE NEVER DID, SO I DECIDED TO TERMINATE THEIR SERVICES AND GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I JUST WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PEOPLE , DON'T TRUST THIS GUYS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
