Judge Phillips is a corrupt judge who only sees dollar signs, not HUMAN LIVES. He has disgraced the bench. He tore families apart. Destroyed the lives of tiny human beings, all for the almighty dollar. Phillips ran his own personal human trafficking business out of courtroom 314.

If I had the option, I wouldn't give any stars at all!! This man is a horrible judge. A baby stealer! All he does is tear families apart!! when people ask me what judge I had and I tell them it was John F. Philips in 314th court, they shake their heads and tell me he's the worst judge in Harris county. And it's true!! Because of what this man did to me, I am now a bitter heartbroken mother! You, Attorney Michelle Bush, and Harris county CPS workers are evil, crooked, and cold hearted people. Every bad thing you've done to me and many other families WILL catch up to you!! You took my babies away from me! But just know, this Mom will continue to fight for my kids! God sees all and he don't like ugly.
