When Cory became my attorney not only was he on top of his job but got my whole case dismissed...on a serious case ! Had me in court and out before they even called docket. Terrible experience! I wish I had something nice to say, because others have posted postive reviews on here. However, my experience was anything but nice. I had a terrible situation come up with HCTA, where I was wrongfully charged almost $700. I found the Cory Roth Law Office on Google about a month ago, and immediately contacted them and told them what happened. The lady I spoke with told me they would be able to do a consultation, and after filling out all my paperwork as requested, I heard nothing. I tried calling directly from Google and it would send me to another number (almost like I was being redirected to a persons cellphone) and no one would answer or call me back. Finally I got a hold of them again a couple of weeks ago, and the secretary told me that my information might have been lost in Cory's emails, and that she would make sure it got to his desk that day! Mind you, I'm nervously waiting to hear back from them because I'm worried HCTA might schedule a court date. And against my better judgement, I believe the young lady and decide to wait. Fast forward to today and I call again- where the secretary then acts like she has NO idea what I'm talking about, and tells me that Mr. Roth is "No longer taking new customers...sooooo...not sure what to tell you." What a terrible waste of time. Very disappointed.

If I could.. I’d rate a -0. I completed the information retrieval questionnaire on the site as Cory himself recommended. The phone assured a follow up call confirming acceptance or decline update after review. Approximately 3 weeks later I called him. He answered and stated “He prefers his clients to do.” These instructions would have NEVER been communicated If I did not CALL.

Plutonic young, but smoked the shorts of a young prosecutor, who couldn't tell telephone communications from electronic communications, and was totally clueless about what constitutes harassment. The judge ate the prosecutor for lunch, when she tried to argue with the judge about what "the law says" and "right here, on her laptop." He literally,threw the book at her (the statute,) and ordered her to "READ it...." Great fun, observing from the rogues' gallery... Of course, I would have awarded Cory the fifth star on this review, had he been so prepared, that he brought printed motions and orders for the court to sign, on the spot.

This man Cory Roth is not only super intelligent but very strategic and aggressive when fighting for your case , thanks to him I finally have my life back and can now start focusing on the more important things in life such as my family

He wasn't rude and gave me advice about how to move forward, but I felt like I was talking to a guy who had given up the good fight. Update: After receiving a passionate response from Mr. Roth, I have decided to change my review to one star and let his response stand as evidence that he has very little regard for his practice. I am no more entitled to his time than he is to demand that I give him a 5 star review for the paltry advice he gave me. If Mr. Roth finds my review to be damaging to his reputation, I would inform him that his response is not doing him any favors either. Maybe he can coerce and intimidate his next client into giving him 5 stars in order to offset the one star he has now.

Cory quickly responded the same day with his recommendations for actions I should take. I must admit that my fines are not that much ($300), and someone will say, it probably wasn't worth the time to take the case. I see it differently.
