Bye to my money

In May of 2008 I was charged with a DWI in Harris county and was represented by Tom. Because I did my part and exercised my right to remain silent at the traffic stop & refused any/all tests and acted politely while being recorded at the stop, Tom was able to fight for and win an off docket dismissal of my charge which I understand is quite rare in Harris county. I only wish I had knew to contact him immediately as he may have been able to save my license from being automatically suspended per DPS regulations post breathalyzer refusal.

Took my money for probate of my mothers property and did absolutely nothing and failed to return my money. Had to get another lawyer to do it. So sad

don't use worst lawyer alive never answer phone has another individual with his cell phone paid him 1500 dollars only saw twice for half hour tom zakes showed up 1 hr late for first hearing tom zakes then talks 10 minutes with opposing attorney Tom zakes then tells me my my wife will no longer take money out of my account then he shook hands with her attorney I TOLD ZAKES I NEEDED SOMETHING IN WRITING and signed ZAKES SAID IT WAS NORMAL LAWYER practice NOT TO WORRY MY WIFE THEN PROCEDED TO TAKE 16800 dollars from my account zakes is a legal thief will take money do nothing in return i dismissed him fired him but he will not give money back Zakes has been on probation once for 6 years and has been disclipine several times Zakes should be barred from practing law stay away incompent legal thief zakes sent me my records some of the letters i sent him he did not even open not prepared worst lawyer alive only will take your money will not give invoice should be disbared will take money do nothing stay away he will take money horrible lawyer Bar does nothing he keeps taking people money does nothing person who answer his phone you cannot understand what he is saying office a mess with files all over cannot find anything you sent him horrible lawyer stay away should not be practicing law corrupt after he takes money you will never talk to him only assistant who cannot speak english stay away or lose all your money will contine Bar does nothing stay away corrupt disgrace to all lawyers has been disciplined several times by TEXas bar association sorry sorry lawyer should not be lawyer stay away or lose your never sent an invoice or 1 email will never answer has an assistant who answers the phone who noboby can understand.
