The cops got there, I didnt even have the vehicle keys on me, nobody was driving. My vehicle was parked, but i still got charged for a DWI since the car was registered to my name and the towtruck driver "witnessed" me getting there with my SUV. Needless to say, i got arrested, my car did get towed by the original towtruck driver that consulted the police. My wife had to get picked up from someone that she would call for. I was even trying to record the whole thing with my cellular device and it got snatched away by the fellow arresting officer. I was facing maximum penalty. But I got recommended Mario H. Santos by fellow great lawyer and Mario's colleague Allan Baer. After speaking with Mario, he made me feel 100% confident and ready to take this unjustified fight. I hired him off the bat!
