A year ago when I was in labor with my daughter the Dr on call would not deliver my baby via c-section even when the nurse and I told him her heart rate kept dropping and the cord was wrapped around her neck. Because of my daughters lack of oxygen she was born dead and stayed in the NICU for weeks, during which time she had to completely reboot herself and had seizures. After getting released from the hospital we contacted Hampton and he said we for sure had a case. Well after a few months they said they wanted to wait to see if she develops more problems, so we were patient. Now my daughter is 18-months and I am beyond happy that she did not suffer through any long-term medical conditions but when I spoke to Hampton on the phone he was very very rude when I told him I did not understand how we did not have a case. I do not recommend this place to anyone because the old man was a total jerk!

I contacted them over a month ago and they never called back. I finally received a text message asking to to call in to do an intake interview, and I did of course. Nobody has contacted me since. Very unprofessional and rude to treat a potential customer in such a manner!!!

They are a very unsatisfactory Medical Malpractice firm. A Medical Expert should look at everything in patient’s Medical Records including test results, labs, ct scans, x rays, ekg’s and radiologists’ recommendations for further testing which Hampton and King’s Medical Expert failed to do.

Someone else bought the food home and it wasn't hot, maybe if I ate it there hot I would have liked it better.

Hartley said he had never had a case where the defendant couldn't find one expert to refute his findings. Now the Defense wanted to sit down and Talk through mediation. That wasn't possible in the beginning by the way.. They wore fighting us tooth and nail. But again with persistance and perseverance it was all made possible. Because of Hartley and all the wonderful people at the law firm, I was able to keep that promise that I made to my son in June 2011 of Justice. Thus Jr. although disabled from the ordeal is able to have a better Quality of life. I could never say thank you enough to those Wonderful people at the Law Firm who fought for my family as if it were their own. Once the case was closed Hartley informed us that we have an Attorney for life. Such an amazing person who does not give up!!
