I have had a very bad experience with this firm, mainly communication. I signed a contract with them to represent me in my personal injury case after a car accident. I had scheduling issues for doctor’s appointments, because of lack of communication with the doctor’s office from the law firm site (as they had to schedule my appointments). I had other communication issues with them. The person with whom I am supposed to communicate changed all the time. Almost every time when I reached them with questions a different person was supposed to call me back with answers, and they didn’t. I emailed them to complain on their website and I have not had a response; instead the communication I have received from them is advertising about using them for other cases. I am very disappointed about how my case is being handled and I find it impossible to communicate to the lawyer to discuss it and I have no guidance.

Completely dropped the ball on my case. The girl that was originally on my case left the firm and my case slipped through the cracks. While i thought there was progress being made I later found out that my case was lost. My case got moved between at least 3 people within the firm and was drug out for almost 2 years. Then I was informed that nothing could be done and I either have to pay money to have the other party served or just drop the case. Unfortunate experience and complete waste of time. Would not recommend this firm.

You guys could not be bothered to keep your information on my case organized, you never visited to assess the damages and you all accused me of running a red light when the lights were black at the intersection that caused the accident. Forget being unorganized, the last straw is when I was accused by you all that I ran my light. It was the first and one of the most major details in my case. I ended up doing your job and getting the papers from the city myself. To prove that the man lied on his police report.

They did not inquire as to the particulars of my case. That was 6 days ago, and no response. Unprofessional, to say the least.
