I had a great experience with Mr Iken. He is direct, to the point and does not seem to sugar coat. He started every conversation in a really direct way and told me everything I needed to know. I was not crazy about spending money on an attorney by Mr Iken make it as smooth as it could possible be. I would recommend them

Hello All, Where to start with this firm, first run! Worst law firm I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was personally told prices and what milestones would be met by them. Needless to say they failed to accomplish all things I came to them to do; even worse they appeared not to even start certain things and lied when asked direct questions. When I questioned attorney Howard Ellzey about my billing he immediately became defensive and essentially cut off communications with me. When I further reached out for help from the firms management or partners they simply directed me back to the attorney I was having a problem with.This is definitely an office that forgets they work for the client. So $7,000 later I encourage anyone looking for a law firm that actually produces to not use Ayo & Iken.

That was the fastest reply I have ever gotten from this firm! First off who is this? The office manager that did not respond to my emails? Or if this is the owner or one of the partners you should be ashamed of yourself for not even getting back to a client that had an issue with your firm.
This issue had nothing to due with any ruling; it had to deal with your firms integrity. Im not going let you try and lie about your results or my experience with your firm. As with all the other reviews about your firm online you simple make excuses and point blame instead of trying to fix your in house problems.
As I stated in my initial posting. Stay away from this firm!

They seemed to care about me and my situation. Not that it was fun hiring an attorney and going through a custody battle with my ex. And I would rather have not spent the money. But they seemed to know what they were doing and I would definitely use them again

they do legal services like car lots charging a 695 fee for office supplies on every case
Please read contract. They charge a 695 flat fee for office supplies. So if you give them 5000 in reality you get 4305 of legal service. They must have cash flow issues. They pound you for more money immediately and not by one person but with three people blowing up your phone. They threaten to withdrawal from your case immediately if your payment is not rendered.. upon demand. Also my phone records and their billing do not match. Please log your calls with them and verify the hours on the phone coordinate with their billing.
