My brother needed an attorney very quickly as he had been served papers by his ex-wife as they were unable to reach an agreement for their marital assets after their divorce was final. After some research we decided to go with this law firm. We had the pleasure of working with two wonderful attorneys Elyssa Harvey she worked fast and diligently and did a fantastic job on getting this to a resolution point to avoid court and Trudy Browne who jumped in to finalize everything. They were very understanding and helpful to my brothers situation and worked out a fee that was reasonable. An absolute positive plus for this firm is the attorney-client interaction if you wanted to ask a question or find out something it was not a go between person you spoke with. Your attorney was very prompt about calling you back or speaking with you if they were in the office and available if not Mr. Jowanna would assist. This shows maturity, excellent management and can be trusted w your legal issues because they will look after your interests and avoid mishaps and correct them quickly if they happen. Very a few and far in between organizations or PA will do that for a lei t or prospective client

I am going to be honest...I originally left a 1 star review of Mr. Jowanna's law firm. Only because he had hired two of the WORST attorneys in the Tampa Bay area...Laurel Ackley and Lindsay Ruiz Bash.

Be it that neither of these attorneys currently work with Mr. Jowanna's law firm, and after speaking with him regarding the issues I faced at the hands of two very shady attorneys, Mr. Jowanna extended an olive branch. I was not a client, but an opposing party. I was Pro Se against Lindsay Bash...and I won against her!

I do not personally know Mr. Jowanna, other than by name. My previous 1 star rating was due to the above named attorneys, and NOT directed towards Mr. Jowanna. Now that these (horrible and inexperienced) Family Law attorneys are no longer with his firm, I will not hold him guilty by association.
