I was recommended to this law office back in 2017 by a good friend. When I went in to meet with the attorney I was so relieved. I used this Law office about 10 years ago, helped me with a car accident that caused a knee injury needing surgery. Had I not contacted them I probably would have tried to ignore the pain and had knee problems for the rest of my life. I had to use Puzzanghera Law Office again recently when hit by another careless driver and again they took care of me, guiding me through legal process when your own insurance company does not seem to help you. Update to say my case is now resolved and it continued to disappoint me how it was handled. My lawyer wasn’t communicative and didn’t update me on the fact that my court date would have been pushed back several months after the settlement meeting instead of just a few weeks after. I ended up settling far lower than the actual value of my case because I didn’t want it to drag on any more but it sucked. If I could do it again, I’d probably just find my own lawyer instead of letting these guys poach my case but I didn’t know any better.

First part of the process went pretty smoothly once I decided to get the surgeries. Then everything went to pieces. I was misinformed about the status of my claim by the first person handling my case for about two months. My claim was then transferred to someone else. I spoke to the supervisor about that time who said that my claim had gone out the morning of the day I was calling him. Call another few weeks later to check in and find out he either lied to me or had no idea what he was talking about because my claim is still sitting on this second person's desk waiting for a bill to come in. They don't seem to communicate with each other at all and you end up getting the short end of the stick. I've been waiting months beyond what I was expecting and it's solely because people who claim to have the authority to know keep telling me different lies about what's going on. Not surprising for a law office that called and lied about being assigned my case by the courts.
