I spoke with craig and he was very knowledgable and so helpful. We ended up going with a public defender but his information helped alot in the case.

I was accused of something I didn’t do. I thought my career was gone and that nobody would believe me. My neighbor had Craig Whisenhunt as a professor and told me to give him a call. Craig worked around my schedule to meet and let me pay him over a couple of months. He was able to get the case dismissed after a couple of weeks and didn’t make me pay the rest of the fee. When my daughter got in trouble she went to another attorney first and was told she could pay $2000 to try and get into a program to avoid the charges. Craig explained how the program worked and how she could actually apply for free on her own. It’s hard to find honest lawyers who won’t take advantage of you, but Craig saved us thousands of dollars and treated us like we were lifelong friends. I hope I never need a lawyer, but if I do I would come back to this firm for sure.

I’ve consulted with them on a multitude of complex and sensitive legal issues and received nothing but outstanding assistance. It’s comforting knowing that I can rely on Dan, Craig and Nick to be there when I need solid help, without judgment.

We mistakenly hired this firm to represent us in a business law issue. Despite being told initially that we had a strong case, once the retainer was paid, we were treated as secondary to their other cases. They were frequently unresponsive to multiple emails and voicemails left in attempts to determine what was happening. It was quite frustrating. Many weeks went by. Ultimately, Mr. Whisenhunt reversed his position, saying we had no case at all. He even threatened to additionally bill us, despite little to no work being performed. I cannot recommend this firm for business law issues.

Dan is a great guy
