This is the worst place that you can try! I sent through this horrible store, a package to brazil, using DHL, they sent sent twice the package with mistakes on the form, and the package came back to me. It's completely disrespectful how they treat a costumer, I called many times to talk with the onwer, to try the best way to solve my problem. Because was their fault. And they they just ignore me. Dhl told me that, it's the store responsible tô send packages with everything right. If they don't know how to send need to contact Dhl. Now the package came Back for me from Brasil, because the form was missing informations. Don't waste your time. Using this store!

This place is worthless as far as UPS goes, I’m not sure why the UPS website lists them because they can’t do anything that regular UPS stores do. After spending 30 minutes looking for a parking spot, they couldn’t even help. Couldn’t print my prepaid shipping label, couldn’t accept my UPS packages, so what CAN they do?? They need to take the UPS sign ups out of their window

Showed up 35 minutes before closing time and they were already closed

Sadly the owner closed up shop and left all of us with little ways to get the mail that is actually in the store and for those, like myself, that are travelers, we cannot get to the post office locally. I wish someone could be held seriously responsible as this is such a terrible thing to do.

The people there were super nice but it looks like they closed shop. Lights are off and door locked. Very disappointing

Must be friends posting reviews because his shipping rates are out of this world. Only drop off prepaid things here.

Absolutely wonderful place - the owner is very friendly, professional and helpful and I've been to his store more times than I can count over the many years I've lived in this area - cannot recommend him enough ! :)
