I was not happy with this company at first and it was a rocky road at the beginning, the company does need to work on communicating better and following through on getting things completed in a timely manner, at times you do have to check on things yourself, but they do actually help you with your tax issues.

I am a new client and at this time I totally would recommend my friends and family if they had a situation to address to creative Tax Solution good customer service I felt comfortable going into details regarding my case with their staff they were courteous skillful and knowledgeable and the options that they pointed out to me walk me through the steps and assure me the options that will work for me to resolve my problem good people to work with if you have any tax issues highly recommended Irizarry senior

When you need tax help, this outfit more than delivers. After being “taken” by another so called tax help group for 6k, I was somewhat nervous about signing on with another firm.
I can say this, if you are hesitant at all, or find yourself on the fence between Creative Tax Solutions and someone else, Creative Tax is the safe bet. They resolved my “Elephant in the room”, to this day I still have not had to talk to IRS personally, and have total confidence in handing any needed conversations over to Tom or Naomi at Creative. In short, I hope you never end up where I was, but if it happens, you can’t go wrong with these good people.

I was in such despire and didn't know where to turn. Madison is just one of the wonderful people at CTS. IRS is tough but when you got CTS behind you you can sigh a breath of fresh air..

I'm editing my review, at first I thought they were for me and my wifes situation , It's been on going for 3 years, and I've paid the state all of what i owef, now i owe the IRS 16000. 00 and they tell me I will have to pay 235.00 a month for the time it takes to pay that off... Don't waste time and money with this company... Not satisfied at all, especially when another company says they can reduce what we owe by up to 90% in as little as 6 months! Thank you CTS for relatively nothing except filing 5 years of taxes!

Creative Tax Solutions is an exceptional company for any tax related concerns. I was up against a serious time constraint and within ONE business day, Tom was able to file all necessary paperwork, communicate directly with the IRS and put me in the appropriate program to resolve my tax related issues. Not to mention, he walked me thru every step, was always available for any questions I had and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They are great example of professionalism and I can't thank them all enough for the timely action to resolve my tax issues. Highly recommend CTS for IRS issues...they are truly experts in their field.

The staff at Creative Tax Solutions were responsive, timely and above all, customer-friendly. If they couldn't get back to you that day, they would definitely get back to you within 48 hours of your phone call. Any and all questions regarding tax issues, filing returns and questions about tax law were all answered with confidence and care. If I ever have a tax question again, I will always turn to Creative Tax Solutions for answers.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Basically it was a bait and switch at sales time. The case worker I had through the process was absolutely horrible. Poor knowledge of the industry, process, etc and extremely poor communication skills. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!

From the beginning I feel the process was easy to under stand. There was always someone available to talk to when I had questions. I wish i would have called sooner than i did, It would have saved me all the

I got with this company after seeing all the great reviews, they must of paid them all, already have had 3 different people working on my case and can never get a hold of any one when I had questions, or even get a call back, and after paying them to work on my case I still had to pay all the money I owed, don't waste your money with this company, I would give them zero stars but then I couldnt write this review ....

very very bad company, they make me lose mine time and my money,
im a restaurant owner in NYC.
I old $11000 to irs, after months working with this ridiculous company'they finish my deal i own even more money to the irs now
plus i pay a lot of money to creative tax solution and they do nothing, so now i end up paying $12500 im so upstate

I recommend these guys if you have tax issues like I did. They made it super easy on me. Roger was very helpful from the beginning. He speaks the truth and it is a pretty simple process. Pretty awesome service they provide. Pay what this business ask for to start the process. Sit back and wait for the resolve. That's pretty much it. Barbara Turner was phenomenal with communication. She got back to me and answered all my questions same day and sometimes within an hour of me reaching out to her. I 100% recommend these guys if you have tax problems. They will get it done My advise is to break off the money and let CTS Handel it for you, way easier than dealing with the IRS on your own. Thanks CTS.
