Linley Welwood is an amazingly personable firm not only in the skill set they possess when dealing with Personal Injury claims but also how they truly care for individuals. From the moment you call in to the meetings with various staff it is apparent that taking care of their clients is a huge focus. Keep up the great work!

Wanted to have some work done by them for a wills and probate issue, they asked for a retainer as to be expected.

Ended up charging me over $1,000 and all they did was read the will which was only 20 pages and do a property search which cost $7.

Then when I asked them to do some basic legal work filing Etc they told me they didn't have time for my case.

Overpriced, dishonest, misleading, and completely unprofessional.

Definitely felt victimized

I charge a fairly High hourly rate in my line of work.
When no work has been done I do not charge for it.

And don't get me wrong I am well aware how much lawyers charge and I'm quite comfortable with the rates. Have had to use them a few times over the last 3 years.
