I hired the David Jolly law office after I was charged with DUI. He responded on the weekend and was there at my first court date. This was the first time I had been in trouble. David explained everything and gave me handouts that were really helpful. My DUI was eventually reduced to Neg 1 and he saved my license. I hired David Jolly in late 2017. I had been arrested for my second DUI in my life and felt totally devasted. David and his staff were kind and attentive yet honest. He informed me that negotiations would not be easy but that he would take an aggressive approach as he saw some legal defenses that could be used to my advantage. Four months later we were not in any better position and I felt like the case was not going anyway. David called me and we agreed to a meeting. We sat down and he gave me a well organized chart that explained the negotiation phase and what needed to be done. I felt better but we still didn’t have anything. A week before my final court appearance David phoned me again, on a Sunday. He told me that he had met with the prosecutor and the State had agreed to reduce my charge and offer me no jail – on a second DUI!
I am so grateful to David for his hard work and honesty. He promised me hard work and he did it. His communication was absolutely excellent! I met with him – face to face – four times and spoke with him on more than a dozen occasions. At the end of the case I realized that he also emailed my 10 times with updates and details. Before David I had a real distain for lawyers but he made me change my mind. I know that not every case turns out perfectly but I am so grateful that mine did. Please take it from me – a very honest and non-emotional email – David and his staff took care of me, emailed updates, met with me when I asked and always called a day before court with updates and reminders.
