Spencer Thomson, at the firm of RDM Lawyers in Abbotsford, professionally handled my Residential Tenancy Dispute. He is very articulate and was well prepared for the Arbitration. He was recommended to me by a reputable lawyer to handle my Residential Tenancy Dispute, and I would highly recommend his services to others.
I was a client of RDM who represented me in a ICBC claim when I was driving on the Trans Canada and was struck by a motorist merging on to the highway. After a couple of 360's and going backward into the ditch and slammed into a concrete wall so hard that the receiver on my hitch snapped cleanly off. I had permanent injuries to my hip, neck and elbow. During meetings between my lawyer and ICBC lawyer she was mocked by the insurance lawyer for being ill prepared and the case went on and I received a measly sum as well. Would never use this company again.
