Not what I was hoping for.

Beware: i wanted to reafirm my auto and home loan. I hired hathaway because i didnt know how to do this on my own. His staff provided me paperwork, but never contacted my home loan bank to reaffirm my mortgage. I was clueless to this oversight of hathaways staff. Two years later, i notice my home loan is not showing up in my credit report and when contacting hathaways staff, they informed me its too late and i would gave to pay a fee to have them reopen my case and tried to pass the buck to the bank. Im sorry, i paid you to advise and file properly. Bad experience, go elsewhere.
