My experience was not pleasant as my firstfirst att gave us bad advice, then was fired. Then my case got a kick start when I Mark and Colleen stepped up to the plate. I didn't get the whole amount I wanted but I am ok with how things turned out.

They set a date for an 8am consultation. They verified the date multiple times and when the day came they weren't at the location so I called and was told they got the date wrong even though the person on the phone verified it at least three times. When trying to figure out when they would be able to reschedule for me the person said they had to call someone and they would call me right back. I waited but got no call so I called back so I wasn't waiting around at the location and I got a different person who told me they could get someone to the coffee shop I was at in an hour and a half and I said that was fine and the person made a dumb joke about not drinking too much coffee how it's bad for the liver trying to make light of the situation which was very unprofessional and really felt like they could care less about their mess up so I called it off because of pure incompetence so I will be seeing a different lawyer.

Oh boy! So this has been an ongoing case for 2.5 years. I contacted other attorneys regarding this but come to realization that Erin Dyer truly is the best. I got into a pretty violent collision last March where I got T-boned and was injured pretty bad.

I had a double airbag deployment, concussion, chronic migraines, major neck and back pain, and eventually a shoulder surgery resulting from the crash.

Even though the guy who hit me had high risk bare minimum liability insurance, they managed to get me back over $15,000 in my pocket after $55,000 in medical bills, which Erin managed to get reduced to about $18,000 through some sort of awesome legal sorcery or something and ALL OF MY MEDICAL BILLS GOT PAID, she even managed to knock a chunk off my legal fees to ensure that I walked away from all this with some extra money in my pocket for a year of suffering at the hands of a terrible driver.

I cannot express how thankful my family and I are to Erin and her team, especially to all of their legal aids who were in constant contact with me keeping me calm throughout this entire process as the bills kept stacking up.
