My first court hearing Brittany said I didn’t need to be there or for any of them in the office when I hired her, that she would take care of it all that’s what we’re here for. What she didn’t say was she wouldn’t be there either. I didn’t know that till I got a notice of suspension for a no show how professional. I had to call her and ask what was going on.

At the end I had one chance in front off a judge for my ticket. Brittany Jacobs was 30 minutes late for the hearing keeping the judge waiting. Prosecution delivered its case she defended with mostly um’s... um um um um mostly. Clearly she was not prepared at all in the 3 months she had, I couldn’t say anything.

I wish I would interrupted and fired her and asked the judge if I could represent myself or could have a continuance to find representation that’s not a novice.

The prosecutor rebutted and walked all over her 3rd grade defense. She didn’t even try to rebut. Judge found me guilty and have to pay the full fine and it’s on my record and she wants the rest of her money to.

When the hearing was over she started talking to the prosecutor about hanging out they’re friends what the hell.

Anyone else out there get to not do your job and still get paid. If she still works there what confidence could you have

Horrible work. They are very pushy and try to make you take bad deals. Fired them and got a good deal with a public defender.
