I called and spoke to Marissa Olsson and could not have been more satisfied with her level of professionalism and altruistic concern. I have spoken to a lot of attorneys for different cases over the years be it personal injury, animal law, civil litigation, etc. Most attorneys will not shy away from showing a loss of interest if the case is not something they feel they could benefit from....especially considering that their time is valuable at a very high rate. Marissa didn't care about any of that. Call their office and they will make it very smooth and easy for you to get on the phone with an attorney for a consult. I didn't just feel like I was speaking to an attorney, but more so a friend. She was cordial, PATIENT and genuine from start to finish, and was more than willing to give advice and referrals. I was on the phone with her for a pretty substantial amount of time, and at no point did she ever seem like she wasn't willing to help. She has your best interest in mind, is very transparent and takes everything you say into consideration for your case. Kraft is extremely rude, impatient, showed zero empathy for my case. Rushed me through a consultation. So that free consultation is bs. If a individual is asking for a consultation for a personal injury, even if you cannot assist them with their case, why treat them badly, impatient and talk rudely and have a lack of empathy for their situation? You never know when this person is going to call your establishment again so I will never contact this person again and I will never recommend anyone to this law firm

I was referred to Marissa Olsson for my maritime claim, and she was so highly skilled and knowledgeable! She was so helpful at every step of the process. I became ill midway through the process and was hospitalized, and Marissa sent me a card in the hospital, and when I was released, she came to meet with us and was so encouraging.
