This law firm has been around for a long time. They know how to handle L&I claim cases thoroughly and they get the work done. It's great to see the recent changes in the law firm and another workers compensation L&I attorney coming on board and the office is looking much better and is more welcoming too. They are great at what they do and they are the best workers compensation law firm in Kitsap County.

Let me tell you what these guys did for me. I hurt my back working construction. I was being treated for 2 years and my pain didn't go away. No one believed me and L&I basically accused me of trying to milk the system. Got IME against me and finally hired these guys. L&I said I needed to go back to work and dealing with all those union guys wasn't easy with the pain still going. Tara read my medical and talked to some doctors and figured out I was being treated for the wrong condition. She found an expert doctor for my upper back in Seattle and had the chief doctor at L&I meet us there to see for himself. I've been seeing that doctor for some time now and things are getting better. Thank you for everything you've done for me.

God bless these folks. I have been a client for many years since my injury and they helped me with getting my checks again after L&I stopped payments. They are pushing my case forward and went to court twice already for me. I'm not sure how they keep the doors open because I still haven't been charged for their service. My favorite part is knocking on the door here once a month walking in and looking at the line of people they helped over the years come pick up their checks and payments. You are doing a great job. I have had a great experience with Casey and Casey both. I really haven't worked with anyone who was so willing to get to the bottom of what's going on, to verify the truth, and to fight for their client. I have found them to be very direct and honest; I'd rather have someone tell me how it is and fight for what is just than to feed me a bunch of bologna and take my money. If you need a workers compensation attorney who knows how to navigate the bureaucratic system and will give you honest representation you should really retain the Caseys.
