The best disability attorney out there in my book! Mr. Bothwell took on a case that looked hopeless and fought with dogged determination to get my claim fully approved. He is not only hard-working, but kind-hearted and most of all, patient, and believe me, I'm probably one of the most difficult to deal with clients he's had in a while. The office staff, especially his assistant, Yesenia, are always pleasant and courteous and promptly return phone calls and emails ASAP. Mr. Bothwell is worth every penny and then some; if I could give him 6 stars I would. Those who say they've had problems probably weren't cooperating or weren't totally honest in the first place. I fought with Social Security for 3 years before I finally hired Bothwell. They filed an appeal and did everything for me. I didn't even have to go to a hearing and I just got a ruling in my favor. Would highly recommend.

Worst office in disability law period waited 3+ months to file a appeal anyone smart enough knows its gotta b appealed within 90 days.they will ingore ur phone calls and take several days to return them. WASTED A YEAR AND HALF OF MY TIME DONT BOTHER WITH THIS LAWYER PERIOD!!!!
