I would give 0 stars If I had the option. I had to fire them because they weren't getting anything done . 7 months all I wanted was a parenting plan done! 7 months with no progress ! Everytime I'd call the secretary would say they were to busy to talk to leave a message and they'll call back.. that call would never come. One time I got frustrated because they wouldn't let me get an update on their progress so i went in and they said they were in a meeting and couldn't talk to me as I was leaving I seen the paralegal "Sumer" I was supposed to talk to smoking a cigarette out back.. didn't seem like that "meeting was more important than my update. They don't care for anything and they tried to say I had a small amount left in my trust so I checked my bills and I should have had like 800 dollars more than what they said and they wouldn't even tell me where the money went all they could say was " some bills don't go to your account " so I have no idea where my money was used or what becauseNOTHING EVER GOT DONE WITH MY CASE !!

Staff were nice but I lost every battle in court and paid alot of money for nothing

At the hardest point in my life this firm single handedly gave me hope and confidence for the future! After discovering my wife was having an affair I was sure after my family was split up that I would be stuck in a financial pit with limited time with my children. In fact, with the help from Tonilynn Savage and her firm I ended up with just the opposite. I couldnt be more impressed with the results of their work. I not only ended up with custodial rights of our children but child support also. To top it all off without my asking, the judge even orderd my wife who had originally requested I move out of the family home to actually move out making things much easier on myself and our children. Incompetent staff , and just want your money

Beware of this attorney.
Her paralegal had me write a review only after a week. Then copy and pasted my review onto Facebook and another site. After my reviews were posted the quality of service declined immediately. In the course of a month and a half I gave her $10,500. For that amount I got temporary 50/50 custody and no financial matters were taken care of. For example, on a Monday morning I gave her $2,500. By Friday I received an email from Tonilynn saying that if my trust wasn’t replenished with at $3,000 she was going to withdraw from my case. When the email was sent I still had a little over $500 in my trust. This law firm is fueled by greed. The lack of communication between the staff is mind blowing. I would email Cindy paperwork but then receive an email from the paralegal scolding me for not getting the paperwork to them. If you have an endless supply of money and want mediocre results then this firm is the one for you. One of the most embarrassing things about this attorney was her attire in the courtroom. The handful of times I saw her in court she was dressed for a trip to Target, not court. Wearing open toed Saltwater sandals and skin tight sun dresses. Meanwhile I’m dressed in full pant suits. Then my husbands attorney walks in wearing a sharp suit and looked so professional.
I was called into the office and scolded like a child on one occasion. It was because Tonilynn didn’t have the correct email address but accused me of ignoring her.
The experience was a complete nightmare. I can almost guarantee you these other reviews were wrote just like my first one. It was wrote in their office and under the watchful eye of a paralegal. Maybe that’s why they have to advertise as much as they do. Any good law firm in town doesn’t have to advertise the way she does. That should have been a red flag but I’m writing this in hopes of helping someone else so they won’t experience the nightmare I did. Good luck!
