$5000 down the drain ! I felt uncomfortable from day one. I should have listened to my gut. They lied to me and kept postponing court. I finally fired them !!!

Charles K., is the most disgusting, vile, weak and pathetic attorney in this snakes' den. Charles K., is a liar. He is the scum underneath your shoe. This law firm (snakes' den) is not worthy of existing. Charles K., get paid by wealthy apartment owners to evict families by lying to judges and providing fraudulent information to a court of law, often with the aid of the court. When the judges and attorneys like, Charles K., work together, no family will prevail. The system is not set up to actually help families. There are laws that are supposed to help families. But those laws mean nothing when the judge and the attorney work together. It's criminal. They're criminals. Charles K., is the attorney for Performance Properties, Inc. This company (maggots) provided fraudulent information to a creditor. See the photo attached. The judge only granted this company possession. However they've gone to creditors and added fraudulent balances and damages. These are lies. No different than the lies they told in court. You should vote for judges who don't help liars. Charles K., has also submitted over $21,000 in attorneys fees to Judge Garcia in Washington County Circuit Court. This is another lie. Charles K., has never charged Performance Properties, Inc., $21,000 for one eviction. This lying sack of schitt will never, ever receive this kind of money from a middle class family. Especially mine. Never. Charles K., should just stop breathing. Do the world a favor.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm and in particular Charles Kovas and the accounting/ billing department/person.I would definitely not recommend this firm you will 100% be better off looking elsewhere for representation. I had hired Carrie Majors-Stabb originally to help with some landlord tenant and contract issues with our leasing/contract matters. Carrie seemed to really have our backs and understood that we hired her since we needed legal advice and someone to look out for our best interest and that we did not have the time to deal with these land lease agreements or problems that we had with our lessees and just needed someone to deal with them in a timely matter and someone that really had our best interest at heart. Carrie did a decent job but sometimes I felt like I was having to really push to get my concerns addressed, then one day I received an email from Charles Kovas stating carrie was no longer with the firm and that if I still needed help with our issues he would be happy to help we spoke on the phone and by email but it was soon clear he did not have our best interest at heart or even seem to care it was more like i was paying for nothing and I was getting billed a higher rate without even being notified it had went up from carries fees and some letters he sent out on our behalf were a couple sentence notes and there was no follow up on them not being responded too. I had a hard time getting a hold of him even by email and when he did respond it didn't seem he was concerned with our issues or new how to address them. When I finally got tired of the lack of care or interest in our concerns and the outrageous billing for doing very little to nothing I told him how I felt and got zero response and I have since contacted this office on several occasions regarding the billing and questions regarding the invoices before paying the balance I have gotten no response from him or the accounting person. I really feel I was robbed and payed thousands for absolutely nothing. I fee like if your being billed you should know what its for and i'm owed an explanation. I feel I was double billed for work Carrie did because I paid all her invoices and then I received more after she left and when i inquired about that no response. Just because I don't agree with your representation or billing practices shouldn't warrant no response or explanation. When you are paying $200 hr or more you should damn well know where your money is going and feel your issues are being addressed with your full attention and care. Shame on this firm!!! I hired an attorney to help me but this office failed me a client. Extremely let down!

George McCoy is my attorney at this firm for my very in depth divorce. Extremely competent and very well versed in the law. He and his legal assistant Mandy Sill are compassionate and understanding in such an emotionally charged situation. Thankful for both of them and highly at ease with them. They are both very knowledgable and confident. Thier prompt replies to phone calls and emails were vital. Mandys ability to work well with opposing parties attorney was crucial to winning my case. Not only did I win, opposing party waved the white flag! I will definitely call them if any kind of case may arise in the future where I will need representation. I love their no nonsense but caring approach. Not to mention on the office wall I snapped a quick photo of the attached plaque! I am very thankful and blessed to have found these amazing people!

We'll see .... Right now I'm in the middle of working with Charles Kovas. I've already had a bit of miscommunication however Mandy, was able to get us all on the same page and that automatically put an ease to my stress. Seemed as though my case was actually being worked on, I just wasn't being updated and worried. Since we are on the same page now, I'm feeling relieved and hopeful. I believe he knows his stuff and can get things done. For now, I'll rest any apprehensions aside and give him an unbiased approach. I believe he can rock this and that he works hard. Update....Charles Kovas ---> Run and save your money!! Overall, Warren Allen as a company was good to me. Charles did nothing, treated me horribly, and overcharged me. He first took my $500, sat down with me for 10 min to discuss the case, and said he would email the next day. After 3 days and not returning any of my calls or emails, I went down to the office and he tried to kick me out since my attitude sucked and not help me
anymore. I asked for my money back then or at least most and he said no. Bad experience with him. Others there helped me out afterall.
