When I first met Ryan for the free consultation he was dressed in jeans and a jacket, and that casual dress characterized his dealings with me. He never spoke to me in legaleze and did everything to put me at ease and help me through the intimidating and confusing process of a chapter 7. Even when I was very late for the meeting of creditors, Ryan showed no impatience and managed to hold my place for the hearing. When I asked for further legal advice, which I'm not sure was strictly covered in our contract, he gave it fast, free of charge, and with a smile.
