Lisa’s service was invaluable to me as I had to navigate post-divorce stress and threats from my ex-husband. Every step of the way, Lisa confidently and professionally handled my questions and concerns in a timely matter. The cost of her service and legal expertise was commensurate with the peace of mind I received. Because of her efforts and swift legal action, Lisa was able to quickly resolve my matter. Even after our business was completed, Lisa made herself available to me within minutes after leaving a voicemail to answer another legal question I had. That made me feel valuable and important as a client. I’m so appreciative of everything she did for me, and highly recommend her.

I got the pleasure of working with Matthew Kuehnl for my custody/child support case. He advocated and stood up for my kid and myself both in mediation and attorney to attorney interactions. He was very much a straight shooter but left the ball in my court recognizing I hired him to do the legal part but the final decision was always mine. I never felt blind sided about what the next step was and always felt informed on expectations of the process. He was quick to respond to my concerns/emails and understanding that the entire process was nothing but nerve racking for me. Very personable too.

Casey and Karrey did an amazing Job with my case. They fought for me and I got everything I was asking for. So happy that I went with them!!
Casey Sanders and Karrey Komp helped me with my restraining order and third party custody case. They were very efficient, professional and understanding through my difficult situation. They reassured me on many aspects of the case and were always quick to respond to my phone calls or emails. My case was dismissed and my daughter was returned home the following day. I can't thank Casey and his team at McKinney and Irvin enough for the work they put in for my family in such short notice. Thank you for making my family whole again before the holidays. I would use him again if I needed an attorney in the state of Washington again! THANK YOU!

I was fortunate to retain the help of Teresa Foster during my divorce. She was referred to me by several distinguished retired attorneys who said she was the best I could find. I had initially hired a different attorney and I grew frustrated with having unreturned messages and being shuffled off to the 2nd-string attorney who even misspelled my name on a submitted briefing. Teresa and her assistant Chriss Elliott always quickly returned my messages, gave me excellent counsel and had their hearts in it. I didn’t feel like I was just one of a hundred clients; I was given excellent personal attention during a difficult time in my life. I will always appreciate the help they gave me. Count yourself fortunate if you have the opportunity to hire Teresa Foster and Chriss Elliott onto your team.

The experience of a divorce is certainly not a pleasant one and it was comforting to know my attorney had my back. I worked with Matt Kuehnl, and while he was a somewhat random selection for attorney I enjoyed working with him and his firm throughout the process resulting in a relatively smooth conclusion. The reputation attorneys have is do whatever it takes to keep the meter moving and rack up those fees and I never got that feeling from Matt from my side. Although it was an expensive process the outcome was fair and pretty much as Matt expected it would be and there were no big surprises in the end. I would definitely recommend Matt if you are in a similar situation.

Lisa Ward Performed a Stellar Job
I commend Lisa Ward to you unreservedly. When I entered the “divorce attorney” market after 27 years of marriage, I felt vulnerable, uninformed, and completely out of my comfort zone. I spent a couple weeks asking myself questions, and answering them so that when I interviewed attorneys I would not forget something. When I first met Lisa and explained my situation, I felt she understood exactly where I was coming from. When I asked her questions, she looked me in the eye and replied in a way that was instructional and compassionate. She did not sugarcoat or try to lead me down a primrose path. When I saw we were on the same page I retained her. She expertly guided me through the year-long process, keeping me updated and informed of my options. Through her negotiating skills, Lisa attained a better-than-I-imagined settlement for me, erasing the uncertainties and costs of litigation. From beginning to end, Lisa was in my “court.” She did a stellar job.

She helped me understand the process we were going through with each aspect of my case and kept me well informed at all times. She replied back to me right away with emails and calls. I highly recommend Teresa Foster and her paralegal Chriss Elliott. I needed an attorney with in one day, and I got my call returned the same day. Teresa Met with me the very next day and I hired her by lunch time. My problem was I had to move fast to get a restraining order to protect my self and my 15 year old daughter. We had a domestic violence issue and needed a quick solution. That same afternoon Teresa and I went to my soon to be ex-wife's hearing and Teresa told the judge that she was representing me. She was already working on the restraining order while sitting at the hearing with me. I was so relieved for my daughter, my home and myself that she could not return to the residence. Safety for us was Teresa's first priority. Months later Teresa's high skills paid off. Teresa is so smart, has quick thinking ability, caring and is a very good listener. I won the case and most importantly won full custody of my daughter. I also did not have to pay any alimony at all even after a 16 year marriage. I am so thankful for what Teresa had done. I believe she saved more then one persons life. If you need an attorney look no further then Teresa Foster. She may save your life to. Thank you Teresa.

If you’re reading this, it’s likely not the best of times. Lisa’s outstanding skill set, both interpersonal and professional, will help get you through it. Her performance throughout the two year process of my divorce was nothing short of stellar. McKinley/Irvin is lucky have Lisa Ward for many reasons - the least of which is her professionalism poise and her attention to detail. She has always told me the truth regarding possible outcomes based on the law and not emotion. She is personable, warm and very encouraging. In addition all of her assistants reflected her same qualities of warmth and availability.
While it is evident that she is a very busy with her case load she always made time and I was made to feel as I was her most important client as this complicated process unfolded.
The important thing that I became aware as this process grew was that she always made sure that I understood the law as we moved along this path of closure. She listened to my input and kept me on track as to my options at each fork in the road.
I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa to ANYONE. McKinley Irvin is lucky to have Lisa represent both her profession and her firm.

Horrible experience with this firm. Matt was my lawyer and he really took me for everything he could which was odd since he was suppose to be my lawyer. Delayed filing for child custody for five months. Only returned one phone call in eight months and it was him yelling at me for being upset with him never returning my phone calls; he always chose emails and charged outrages rates for them. Failed to file the correct paperwork and failed to use the correct verbiage for a mutually deeded home thus now I require another lawyer to fix his mistake. Would definitely suggest seeking representation elsewhere, with someone that has your best interests in mind.
I failed to mention some very important details in my original review. They have no clue how to assist those in the military! Matt lied about having an attorney in the firm, located in Seattle, that dealt with military divorces. He never got back to me on how my retirement would be effected or steps I needed to take to safeguard my benefits. Matt relies heavily on paralegals to do his work. So you get the pleasure of paying multiple wages for a response or an action to be taken. Paralegals will also mishandle your private information by mistakenly emailing them to random clients. I received documents from two paralegals that contained working documents for other clients. Paralegals are not the only ones that make mistakes in mishandling documents. Matt also mishandles paperwork which delayed my divorce by another two months, but they were kind enough not to charge me for that particular court appearance; WOW! So be warned, their level of quality control and customer relations is not on par with their cost!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Ward for the past half year as we navigated our way through a sticky relocation case. She excelled in nearly every facet of the case from litigation to her in depth knowledge of case law. But what will always stick with me was her honesty, integrity and emotional investment in our case. She never told us what we wanted to hear or promised us anything. But she was always responsive and caring in relation to our case. I am overly ecstatic about the work performed by Teresa and her team at McKinleyIrvin. She understood the law and applied the law. She was most fair, and she cut through the clutter to give her honest appraisal, regardless of what I "hoped" to hear.
I engaged Teresa with only seven weeks prior to final court trial. Against all odds [opinion from attorneys in the family law profession], with a compressed time frame for preparation, along with her tenacity leading up to and at trial, Teresa was able to navigate and ultimately negotiate a settlement that allowed both parties the dignity of achieving an amicable long-term parenting relationship.
Her fees may be on the high side, comparatively; however, she was conscious of both her time and mine while on the phone and in meetings. Having said that, while in the throes of court trial I thought to myself, "Whether the court rules in "my favor" or not, Teresa is worth every penny spent...and more."

He is very professional and very experienced in his work, not to mention quickly addressing issues and answering all of my questions throughout the process. Working with Casey as my attorney was a easy and pleasant process; the whole firm seems to be pretty good at what they do! From the initial time I spoke with Casey Sanders to the time that papers were served to protect myself and my child from a dangerous situation was completed in less than 48 hours. I entered a divorce litigation anxious of how it would end, and in the whole process Lisa patiently walked me through the case, patiently explained to me what I need to know, and set expectations, and every step of the way she got me more than what's expected. Lisa is also good at calming me down when I was frustrated, with laid out strategies and explaining to me what the opposite side is attempting to achieve, and how I should respond, and how to prepare. With Lisa's consultation and help, I came out of a settlement conference over financial matters with sound outcomes. Then Lisa helped me to avoid a potentially costly trial over parenting plan, and got that part settled in an arbitration in my favor. So now the case is over, I got more residential time with my child, and able to maintain myself financially, all because of Lisa's help, her expertise in family law and her diligence in handling my case have turned things around for my case!

I would recommend Lisa Ward to friends and family in need of professional and compassionate legal advice! When faced with no other alternative than divorce, my priority became searching for an attorney with a philosophy similar to mine: that a divorce does not have to mean an ugly and extended court fight. I found that in Lisa Ward. Lisa listened and gave solid and caring advice that enabled my ex-partner and I to work things out with Lisa’s mediation. While we could no longer life in the same household, we continued to care about each other and wanted to remain on friendly terms. I had moved from Vancouver to the Seattle area by then. Lisa and her staff made it possible for me to have video appointments, sign papers remotely, so I would not have to travel back to Clark County. After careful listening, Lisa put together a proposal that was acceptable to both parties. She answered each of our questions with compassion while remaining realistic and impartial. She always followed up with each of us, listening, with advice for next steps and the best legal actions to take. Lisa not only mediated the dissolution of the marriage, she remained a strong source of support and advice through the sale of the joined home as well. From initial contact to final distribution of the house proceeds the process took just 7 months. The divorce was final within 4 months. To me this was a better experience than I could have hoped for. Thank you, Lisa Ward!

Was to be a simple relocation motion. David G represented my husband. First error was David did not provide court with prev PP for Judge to review. Did judge know he had 60/40 and joint decision making? No...stepped out of courtroom that first 10 min hearing with alt weekends and a dinner date with ex having 100% control of decision making. Unheard of! David was not a good advocate for us. He encouraged us not to attend the second hearing, missed items placed in PP that was not ruled on that opposing counsel added without discussion which will now cost us time and money in the future, was not timely in returning emails, when spoke via phone he sure let us know how busy he was with other cases. I wish he tended to our case as closely as he did with others. We paid our bill in full due to accuring interest but had many questions not answered. We were charged for phone conversations that David said he wouldn't charge us for. We went with this firm due to the high ratings online. Very disappointed. One could say we our jaded that our case didn't go in our favor but this was to be a simple motion to put in place what had already been through the courts. We feel David was unprepared and not a strong advocate for us.....that is the disappointing part when you pay almost $400/hour you expect to have strong representation. I have reached out multiple times trying to follow up with owners of firm. I want to know if this company feels comfortable with accepting our payment for the service that was provided to us. No response. That is why they no longer represent us.

Lisa Ward and her team came to my rescue during an exceptionally ugly divorce. She was recommended from both a family member and via her stellar on-line reviews. After a terrible and traumatic experience with another attorney I had to fire, she gladly took over my case, tidied it up, and made it her mission to not only repair the damage already done, but to do all she could do to help me.
At the time I met her, I wasn't eating, shaking with anxiety, and having the worst stress of my life. I had no energy to stick up for myself and fight for my rights. However, an immense weight was lifted off my shoulders once I realized that her and her team were were certainly going to walk me through every step, take a personal interest in my case, and help reassure me through the whole process. They kept me completely informed of my current status regarding my case, my financial standing, and what I could expect in the future.
Her expertise and care helped me think clearly, substantially decreased my anxiety, and ultimately gave me my life back. Whereas the previous lawyer kept me in the dark, ran erroneous charges, took on my case like he was going to battle so he could get more money from me, Lisa did the opposite. She took a collaborative approach to keep costs and the length of the divorce process down. I still get asked by people how in the world did I get through such a dramatic divorce so quickly and I reply "with the best divorce attorney one could possibly acquire." I highly recommend Lisa as the most effective divorce attorney around. If it weren't for her being my lawyer, my outcome would've been a tragedy, but instead it was a complete win both mentally and financially.

Divorce can be a very ugly, stressful, and greatly unfortunate life event. For me, it made me feel lost, hurt, fearful, and extraordinarily vulnerable. Once I made the decision that this was the path I needed to take, I made the decision to seek legal counsel. Honestly it did not even occur to me to handle it myself. Also, I didn’t have enough trust in my then husband to even contemplate an amicable agreement. I researched firms online and McKinley Irvin stood out repeatedly as a reputable and effective firm. Read through many profiles and was highly impressed. I was assigned Teresa Foster, Senior Partner in Charge in Vancouver WA. She was selected because she is very experienced. Important for me due to a significant income difference between myself and ex. I met with Teresa and our talk was very clear and to the point. It wasn’t a therapy session. It was a “this is how I see the situation. This is what I recommend. These would be the next steps”. This was exactly what I needed ..... direction and clarity. And my perception was that I could trust this direction and Teresa. Also, in understanding that this was all very overwhelming, Teresa extended the offer for me to call/text her with questions as as needed. I took comfort in her leadership and unwavering confidence.
As a Senior partner her plate was not at all empty but I was pleasantly surprised at my experience with Teresa’s paralegal Chriss Elliott when I needed anything and Teresa was not available. Truly a dynamic duo. Always so pleasant and accommodating. They both have the same “let’s get it done” attitude. There was no feet dragging and never any disregard. Chriss, also experienced the overwhelmed me and each and every time (there were several) our discussions made me feel so much better.
I was impressed by so much, but as the dust cleared I realized how thankful I was by Teresa Foster’s focus, confidence, intelligence to grasp a significant amount of information and know exactly how to proceed, clarity on the goal....and then achieving that goal. I have heard many stories of the lack of trust or confidence others had with their attorney and I’m so thankful that my experience was the complete opposite. I had 100% trust. My divorce ended with as equitable (WA state) outcome as I could have asked. Whether or not it was deserved by him was not relevant, living in a community property state, but it could have been so much worse in many ways and for this I will forever be grateful. I feel so very fortunate to have found both Teresa Foster and Chriss Elliott.

Matthew Kuehnl has been representing me in my divorce. He has been absolutely incredible; I consider it a blessing that I found him.
Before meeting Matthew, I was set on using a female lawyer and was not open to using a male. I met with him for a consolation and after getting to know him I came to realize that he was caring, trustworthy, intelligent, and able to stand by my family in the ways we needed.
When I retained Matthew I was completely naive in my understanding of how difficult my divorce would be. Matthew jumped into action when the divorce started taking a turn for the worse. BECAUSE he is by my side, I have the peace of mind I need to make it through a very difficult time. He has shown the perfect balance of caring about everyone affected by this divorce and fighting for what is best for the kids and I. He has been impressive in court; he is smart, well spoken, and quick on his toes. He has proved that he cares about my children and I by standing up for us in and outside of the court room too many times to count. He has gone above and beyond for us.
Matthew has not been afraid to let me know the ways I can do better, especially the ways I need to stand up for myself and have my own back. This has been tremendously important for me and I do not believe another lawyer could have shown up for me in the ways he has. I am so grateful for the peace of mind I have with him by my side.

I have nothing but high praise for Lisa Ward and McKinley Irvin. I attribute my case not advancing to court entirely to her pre-hearing efforts, based on the path taken by DCS leading up to my calling McKinley Irvin and retaining her services. This was a completely different experience from my interactions with previous attorneys. Lisa was very thorough and highly knowledgeable about what I needed to do, delivered precise instructions as to what I needed to provide, carefully organized and submitted materials on my behalf, and accurately recorded and reported billing to my account, something no attorney in any matter has done for me before. I'm so very grateful and would gladly recommend her and McKinley Irvin to anyone facing a family court support order proceeding, especially an NCP.

What can I say about Matt Kuehnl? The man is a rockstar. From our first consult I knew that I was in great hands. None of us thought we’d battle my case for such a lengthy time, but he took it by the horns with professionalism and tenacity. So happy to had had him on my team through this crazy time in my life. Matthew Kuehnl was so amazing to me and my husband with our custody case! My husbands ex made things very difficult and Matt never stopped fighting. Once I had to get to work and Matt brought my husband home from Centralia to Castle Rock. He paved the way for us to get 50/50 with my step son and I will never be able to thank him enough! If anyone is in need of a family attorney in the Vancouver area, Matthew is the man to talk to. I will never be able to thank him enough for all he has done for my family!

Her professionalism and integrity combined with her exceptional knowledge of the law and second to no one litigator skills place her naturally in the driver seat. Her talents and integrity demand and receive the respect from opposing counsel and the court.
Teresa was very honest with me during my initial consultation with her. My case was not simple and I was certainly playing catch up. She explained that we had a mountain to climb to achieve my desired result, but she believed in me. Maybe more importantly, she instilled the confidence in me that she was uniquely experienced and capable of guiding me up the mountain. Today, I am standing atop that mountain and I don’t believe I would be without Teresa’s dedicated and passionate guidance.
Don’t waste another minute. Your future depends on it. Hire the best.

Teresa Foster is an extremely efficient, and helpful divorce attorney. I had an attorney prior to retaining Teresa and it was a very negative experience. After retaining Teresa I saw immediate positive results. This was not only a divorce case it was child custody also. Teresa has amazing ways of taking chaotic and confusing situations and simplifying them. She then makes priority of what needs to happen first. Then her vast knowledge of law starts to shine. Not only does she prepare to understand your case, she also understands the opposing attorney. She goes into court expecting and predicting anything that can happen. This has a very positive result on the goals you set in the initial consultation. Teresa takes minimal time to decipher what needs to happen. I'm very grateful for all she has done for me and my family. My only regret is not retaining her in the beginning.

After having a nightmare experience and high attorney costs with a prior attorney and not really getting anywhere in 7 months I met Matthew who was able to step in and take control of my case. He has great legal and practice skills, good work ethics, professional representation and high ethical and professional standards. He does genuinely want to help people who become his clients. When you are going through the worst time in your life Matthew was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. His staff is also very friendly. Matthew was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. Mine was a very complicated and difficult divorce with the opposing side as difficult as can be and we have 2 small children involved and businesses. Matthew gave me all sorts of scenarios before we made any moves. Despite it being a difficult case I got favorable results thanks to Matthew and the competent associates who work for Matthew and at the end of the day was happy with what was a very painful and difficult experience all in all. I would recommend Matthew Kuehnl and his associates to my family and friends (hopefully they won't need him though).

I honestly could not be any happier with Christine. She is by far the best representation I have ever had the displeasure of needing.
She quickly familiarized herself with my case and became my fierce advocate. She provided me with solid counsel that helped to put my own thoughts into proper context, which sometimes meant showing me where I was misinformed. With that, she helped me to quickly course correct and aim in not just the right direction, but in the best direction. She knows the law and easily navigated the nuances to provide me with the best options available. This provided me much needed leverage where I initially found none. And of course, I was kept abreast of all responses from the other party the moment her office received them.
I cannot imagine having used another attorney and receiving the same superb level of service that she afforded me. I know I am singing her high praise, but high praise is due. This includes the entire staff!! They were all so professional and kind. ((Thank you, Sarah and Chriss!))
No one can approach legal counsel with the mindset that they should get everything they think they are entitled to or justified to get. I certainly wanted more than I ended up with, but I ended up getting more than I thought was possible. I know it doesn't make sense now, but it will. I also went into this process knowing I needed to give and take. I needed to negotiate our position so that our child would have the best outcome with both parents. Excellent negotiation like the kind that Christine provides creates options where there weren't any before.
Christine will deliver, but you need to work just as much to keep your options open. I guarantee if you do that, you will be singing her praises too. I can't tell you how great it felt to have someone in my corner who matched my determination to fix what was broken and to shoulder the burden of the process for me.
You'd be crazy if you didn't give her a call. Do it now! What are you waiting for?!

I wanted an attorney that would stand up for me when I felt overwhelmed and when I couldn't think things through clearly for myself....The attorney who can do that is Teresa Foster.
The moment I met Ms. Foster, I knew I needed her on my team. She is honest, straight to the point, and does not put up with wishy-washiness. She listened to me about what I wanted, what my need was, and then gave me the facts. I needed her honesty, I admired her bluntness and at the end of the day I knew my attorney genuinely cared for my well-being from start to finish.
When I needed her advise or I was worried about something, I could send her an email and she would send a response back as soon as she had a moment, which was always within minutes to a few hours. Ms. Foster's legal knowledge provided safety for my heart and mind and she would always sign her email off by saying, "this is normal and don't stress."
Teresa Foster is the Attorney who is on your side, will fight for you and will get it done!

My husband and I both recently went through two separate custody cases in the course of two years involving our children from previous relationships. Each time it was one of the most difficult situations we've had to face in our lives because it involved the people we live for; our kids. When we met Deanna we knew that she was going to get the job done and she not only got it done but exceeded all expectations. We were able to put our complete trust in Deanna even when it felt like things were a disaster. The respondents lawyer in my case was a horrendous woman who fought hard but Deanna fought harder and smarter. We were always able to communicate after hours if needed, her knowledge of family law and realism puts you at ease, and she is a power house in court. Deanna is a lawyer who is intelligent, passionate, with a great personality. We could not have had anyone better by our side.

I started my divorce with a different lawyer than Christine Hayes with McKinley Irvin. I always felt like I was in the dark on what was happening and did not understand why the process was taking so long and is so complicated with my first lawyer. Christine took the time to explain exactly what was happening at the time and gave me clear guidance on how long each step would take. She is so professional through a very difficult time and offers help, suggestions and options when I would have no idea any of this existed. For example, I was having a lot of stress over property exchange with my ex. Christine had a couple different option for me to choose from to help make the day go smoothly. The option I chose, she quickly navigated and had it all set up for me. I appreciate her so much!

Where do I start to describe such an intense year? I needed help after a very bad separation and the other parent took away my daughter, I was unsure what to do and if I was going to be able to do anything at all. This was an extremely complex case in the murky waters of GLBT defacto parentage laws. I sought a lawyer and spoke to a few, but then I found Deanna and I knew from the moment we spoke, I wanted to have her represent me. In meeting Deanna, I can say I have been blessed and granted with good fortune. Since the year I last saw my daughter, I felt for the first time I had a chance in getting my daughter back. After a year, Deanna continues to be my strength, sanity, and the force that safeguards the chance to hold my daughter again. Deanna has guided me through the chaotic and emotional world of the legal system. Every step of the way she has made sure to cover every potential aspect the case could take without faltering on the goal to have my daughter and I together again. She is a rock star in the courtroom; she conveys an absolute confidence and presence without being overbearing and arrogant. My hope and confidence rose seeing her in court, where her passion for law shines by her words, fervor, and knowledge. As with such a complex case filled with many uncertainties and potential pitfalls as mine has been, many times my stamina wavered on the brink of collapse. Deanna was the crusader that pulled the case and myself through it all. Deanna’s team was exemplary, to describe them as a team is absolutely spot on, and I love them all! Her friendly team is knowledgeable and communication is always clear and concise. Dominique, you are super! If I had to describe Deanna and her team in a single word, it would have to be, heroes. Not only have the heroes vigorously fought for my case, they wholly believed in my case, and cared about my daughter and me. They fought for the family my daughter knew since birth, this declares them compassionate heroes. We won my case. We made history and protected not just my rights, but also others in similar circumstances. We did it, but really, Deanna and her team did it. I call her my friend and she will always have a spot in my heart. She was able to return the light of my life to me and I will never ever forget that. Thank you so much Deanna, words cannot in any form truly express what you have been able to do for my daughter and me. Until the end of time, I thank you.

Michael Hallas was my attorney who helped me through a difficult divorce and child custody case. It was truly a battle.
I learned of him through a review of what someone else wrote and felt he was just the one for me.
He kept me grounded and gave clear perspective. Michael helped me to not get angry or retaliate when hurtful things were said and done by the other party. He is witty and genuine. Michael has a way of talking to the opposing counsel, even when they punch below the belt that maintains his high standards and stands strong and firm. Teresa Foster has been my personal lawyer for the past three years. I went through a very difficult and lengthy divorce when I was living in Camas, WA with three young boys. My ex was relentless in his attempts to destroy me emotionally and financially. Teresa advised, assisted and represented me in a most determined and professional manner, far above and beyond normal attorney practices.
I am sure Teresa would agree that my case was possibly the worst she had seen in her long and distinguished career. This included having to deal with five different plaintiff attorneys during the proceedings. She also endured serious personal attacks by my ex to her professional standing and integrity. While under these varied attacks she stood by me and my case, solidly and relentlessly.
She won me custody of our boys and got a relocation approved despite a bitter battle. She obtained passports for my children despite my ex’s objections. Every fight that Teresa went into for me she came out on top. She has been an inspiration and loyal supportive attorney since she first took on my case.
I am honored to have had Teresa as my lawyer. She is a sincere and talented person with a wealth of experience and knowledge. She fights aggressively for what is right for her client. I will forever be grateful.

My nephew and his ex-girlfriend have 1 child together, but have not been together for a few years now. She recently moved out of State and took their son with her without discussing it with his father. Unfortunately, they did not have a custody agreement in place. We researched different sites to find a good attorney. Based on her rating and reviews, we decided to call Deanna Rusch. She saw us the day after we called her office. Everyone we had talked to had said it could take months for him to get his son back, if he ever did, so we were all feeling rather discouraged. However, Deanna had Court Orders for my nephew to bring his son back within 4 days of our initial meeting with her. Deanna was very caring, honest, and professional. When we would start to get frustrated, and/or angry at the process, she would calmly remind us of what the goal was and "keep us on track". We trusted her completely and did everything she advised we do. Deanna fought very hard for my nephew and his son. I am so thankful that we hired Deanna. She is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I firmly believe that if it was not for her knowledge of the law, her wisdom, honesty, professionalism, and dedication, we may not have had the happy ending we have had. Thank you so much, Deanna. You have no idea how very grateful we all are to you and your team.

I would recommend her to anyone needing family law assistance.

I highly recommend Matt Kuehnl, and I would give more stars if I could!!
Casey is an excellent attorney to have on your side. I would hate to be opposing council fighting against him. My experience has been hands down more than I could have asked for. I felt like he was truly understanding of the issues going on and the urgency of the situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Ended up firing them and hiring someone else.
They also had the nerve to raise their hourly rate by $50, after I'd signed a contract.
Do NOT hire them!!!!!
I am so thankful everyday to have had our paths cross and for the extremely positive outcome that we were able to obtain. I would most highly recommend Lisa to anyone.
Thank you so much Lisa. I wish you all the best going forward into the new year.
My divorce was one of the most stressful times of my life. However, Teresa and Chriss were the silver lining to the whole experience. I am so thankful that I was referred to Teresa and had the privilege of hiring her and working with her and Chriss. Teresa gave me the best legal advice possible and the end result far exceeded my expectations. She is a masterful negotiator. She absolutely shines in this arena and makes it look effortless. Teresa is worth her weight in gold. Hire her!
Sincerely,
Everett
Teresa was very honest with me during my initial consultation with her. My case was not simple and I was certainly playing catch up. She explained that we had a mountain to climb to achieve my desired result, but she believed in me. Maybe more importantly, she instilled the confidence in me that she was uniquely experienced and capable of guiding me up the mountain. Today, I am standing atop that mountain and I don’t believe I would be without Teresa’s dedicated and passionate guidance.
Don’t waste another minute. Your future depends on it. Hire the best.
My divorce from a narcissistic spouse with a sense of entitlement was a difficult and stressful time for me.
Deanna Rusch is an exceptional, tough and thourough attorney who understands the emotional side of divorce and made me feel as if I were here only client.
Deanna and her staff ( special thanks to Domonique Vazquez and Casey Sanders) were there for me. They kept me informed and responded promptly to my questions and concerns by phone or email. The billing was fair and I was kept up to date on costs.
Deanna negotiated a fair and honest settlement for me.
Hire Deanna before your soon to be ex spouse does! She will fight for your financial future and protect your children. She is an incredible attorney with a brilliant mind and great sense of humor. I honestly feel she is the best there is!

He is a man of character that you want on your team.
I highly recommend Michael Hallas for any divorce or child custody case. #foververafan

The word is out; Deanna has a new office. As a former client, I can state without question the winner here is McKinley Irvin. Deanna is an incredibly talented domestic attorney. Deanna brings more than just her legal talents to any case, she is a friendly voice in the calm storm; she reminds her clients, while the divorce is the legal process, life still goes on. She constantly coaches her clients to focus on the new beginning, your children and yourself.
McKinley Irvin's presence in Vancouver and Southwest Washington just got real!!!
