Good people - all the staff were caring and helpful and my Attorney was awesome. I could not be more satisfied with this firm.

I googled Vancouver wa disability lawyer the day after I recieved my first denial after looking at reviews I decided on marla heikkala & associates.

I called and explained my situation they made time for a consolation pretty quickly.

I met with *I want to say lori if I'm wrong I'm very sorry* she was very nice and was knowledgeable on my condition. The meeting may have taken an hour I want to say less though. By the midway point i was sold and was ready to hire them.

She had a few things she needed me to do on my end which wasn't a big deal just send her some information that I didn't have on hand.

We had a couple conversations about questions and stuff regarding the claim.

There was maybe a week or two period where it was hard to get ahold of her but it was me just being anxious.

Then I called again to find out an update and she said everything was good and already over.

I can't thank the whole office enough for their help I know I definitely called more than my fair share of times wanting updates. I would 100% recomend them to anyone looking for a attorney. Even though you might not see it or hear it they definitely take care of things.

Poor communication, poor communication, poor...

I was fortunate to have Marla as my disability attorney over 20 years ago. The whole process was long and drawn out over 5 years but Marla hung in there with me and we won. If you need a disability attorney this is the place to go! I severely injured in an auto accident and was denied twice trying to do it on my own. They charged $6,000.00 and took care of EVERYTHING . They collect their money out if your back pay. Super easy to work with. Highly recommend this office.
