They're experts! I was referred to the Gerald A. Miller firm and was facing a Gross Misdemeanor with up to 1 year in jail and/or up to a $3,000 fine. It was reduced to a misdemeanor and a $300 fine. Honestly the best representation I have had, I would highly recommend Gerald Miller. He had several attorneys working on my case including himself to ensure nothing would be missed and they could look at it from every angle. He was very personable and accessible while being very efficient and effective. Along with that, he's great at being able to stick up for you in the court room with the prosecutors- I had a multitude of charges he got dropped down. He got me 5 days of Community Service instead of doing jail time for a probation violation for a DWI, to name one and on multiple other probation violations got the court to dismiss it entirely. I also had a Driving After Revocation hearing where he got the court to keep it off my record if I just paid a fine even though I had already had multiple others. Along with that he kept on top of organizing all of the court appearances and documents and even went out of the way to get the documents directly by contacting people himself so I didn't have to. He handled cases for me in three different counties. If you want someone who will spend time on your case, come to court prepared, and argue well this is your lawyer.

Gerald Miller law has been as good as advertised. I got myself in DWI trouble on a vacation in Brainerd. It was my second in ten years and I blew a .18 which is considered double therefore they seized my new truck which I had only made one payment. Gerald drove back and forth from mpls. to Brainerd to handle 3 charges: state, criminal and forfeit of vehicle. I got truck back and the minimum of sentencing.
